Sample Music Submission

Well, I have been thinking of this lately. I just wanna know if it is possible for us to submit our own custom made samples for the mod to be used in some systems instead of freelancer's usual songs. I would like to spare some of my time to make different kind of samples to be used for some systems. If the idea would be favored and approved by the community and the mod owners of course, I could start working for it. I am not that good at graphical design but could try my best to create some interesting musics for contributing our beautiful mod in a way. The samples would need to be submitted for approval and if they got accepted they could be used in 1 or 2 systems for beta testing maybe.. I am not sure though if custom made musics can be implemented on the mod and server. Waiting for your opinions here, any idea is welcome.
