The entire staff crew of Diablo has been dismissed from the Blizzard Studios... If we'll be seein a Diablo III? I doubt... They are realesin a Expansion Pack for World of Warcraft... And more are on the way... The Stacraft crew made the ghost and got AOW...
If we are to see a new Diablo... It'll be new new... :( And it will take a long long time...
