DIC Rep: The majority of your group is aligned with BAF, BMM or Outcasts -- all enemies of my player faction, the Black Dragon Society (a relatively new Hogosha player faction). We're already outnumbered by the SF/QCO/QCP (all BAF-aligned player factions), not to mention the numerous Outcast-aligned (or allied with the Outcasts) player factions. Yes, the Corsairs are allied with us, but most Corsair players stay in Omicron Gamma and the Omegas or raid Rheinland. I have yet to see any of our Corsair allies make an appearance in Kusari space. The closest we have to a nearby ally would be [KNF], but theoretically the Kusari Naval Forces should be neutral to us (though the Bretonia-Kusari war has forced us to act as allies due to the situation). Unfortunately, [KNF] doesn't have enough members and is outnumbered by SF/QCO/QCP. Now, you're proposing to make Bretonian-Kusari conflicts so one-sided that it's not funny. Save everybody a lot of time and trouble -- just ask Igiss (creator of the Discovery mod) to plant a Bretonian flag on Planet New Tokyo!:rtfm:

1) The Scourge Faction/ID pending status is because the leader of the Clan called "the scourge" has yet to determine which NPC faction best suits his cause, they want to be terrorist like, and fight the junkers, but also have access to capital ships, so we're still working that one out, it'll be updated when a decision is made.

Obviously, you can't get everything you want for the Scourge, since you basically have two options (unless I'm missing a third):

1. Become Xenos who are terrorists that hate Junkers, but they hate BAF/BMM/Outcasts almost as much and can't use capital ships;
   
2. Become Hogosha who hate Junkers and can use capital ships, but also hate BAF/BMM/Outcasts and aren't terrorists.
   

Either way, the Scourge would be opposed to the rest of DIC.
