Okay, but I expect you to answer at least things that are concerning admins, otherwise you are kinda proving the point.

So, let's start with admins. How much fun does it bring when admin makes a failure in sanction thread and doesn't appologise, nor does he reverse it? He just goes quiet busy. Also how much fun in sanctions that take 3 months to work through? After my 6th unanswered, unprcessed sanction report I've given up sending them. And yes, I did everything as requested in that "tutorial" but none the less, got nothing from it. On the contrary, fail sanctioning me by Hawk was done in a single day, and as I figured out, no other admin saw that sanction. That's about the statement that decission of admin requires votes.

Anyway, let's have a look at the rules, that inspire a very fun PVP. "Do not reengage for 2 hours after you die instantly to some scrub who is just so good that you can't possibly match his skill, or to a scrub who likes to SNAC every one around, without doing absolutely anything." That sounds like fun for a newbie, aye? But nah, there is a solution - buy a cap! You'll do at least something in it. So yea, rules are not the case here, you just have to be very good at this game, or quit, or be accused in being capw**re every time you bring the only ship you can do something in into fight with people who do not want your ship in it.

Also, rules are not inspiring developement that brought to this at all, aye?

As for developement, as we have found out, part of it being very harsh to newcomers is fault of admins. But that's okay, we'll have a go at flaws of developers only. Forgive me for asking, but how exactly do light effects attract people into the broken game, where you have to spend hours to find something to do for a short while. Also, why is it imposible to remove failures implemented into the game immediately? Why is it necessary to wait untill comunity screams at you with outrage? Also, why do we have money making developed to the point where you can do it one day hard and then don't do it for a year or so? Isn't that killing need for a quite valuable source of activity?

This one I will post separately, as I dunno whose fault is that, but ID rules... Really? You do not want your players to act as they wish, obviously, but you give them things to do a veeeeeery nasty things in for almost nothing? Like, really? How's that benefiting anything, except abusing it for the PERSONAL wishes, which are in most of the cases not the things you (whoever done this for whatever purpose) had in mind. Also, you've obviously failed with that idea, but you've managed to do bunch of flaws in your own fail. And no, they don't make this fail slightly less failing, it's making it worse. Best example - Sarisa's in New York. Answer me, what does that bulls**t support? And before you answer that, think, is it really what you want to support?

I know, right, it's getting so awesome, but then admins run out of things to say and just hide in their fox holes. It's kinda depressing. But, hey, I haven't try it with Pavel yet.

I think this is a good time to remind y'all, especially Timmy, that being a staffmember is not a job. If Pavel wants to have some fun, in a way that has absolutely nothing to do with his adminship in fact, then he can go do that and not a single person should be complaining about that. The staff are just players of this game who took some extra responsibilities to keep the game and the community they love going.

That is not to say there are no flaws amongst the admins or the moderators. I could probably name quite a few and indeed requests sometimes getting processed slowly is one of those things. But making decisions too quickly and sanctioning the wrong person is also a problem. This is a more complicated issue because you need a balance between making decisions quickly and making decisions careful with enough input from multiple staff members. However, as already pointed out, that has nothing to do with Pavel individually and has nothing to do with him paying people to send someone PM's. That's just a continuation of a long-time joke involving PMing Pavel every day. And admins can have jokes, that's fine. I don't think a cold, humourless adminteam will make you happy. Quite the contrary.

So to conclude. Please if people have a coloured name that doesn't mean they are prohibited from having fun or messing around. We are just people with a normal life besides Disco. We do what we can, but we have our flaws and sometimes we are busy and sometimes we just want to have fun. Just like everyone else.
