Jazz imo that green doesn't fit at all, also purple and green clash. Maybe you could work over that symbol on the left a bit and add some metallic reflections with a black accents.

JihadJoe I really like your one, it's very strict and distinctive. Maybe you could work on a Sabre a bit, I mean another angle and better quality of it. I like the rest of the signature.

Does the Spyglass look like that in-game? I've never seen one before, but they must look horrendous...

Anyway, on topic.
The image looks great, I love the green colour you used...
However, there is one change that I think would look good:
Remove the blur effect (i don't know the exact terms) beyond the Border.

The red boxes in the below picture explains the areas I am talking about:

The blue tones are fitting it better I think. Not only because of the blue stripes on the Spyglass but also since it matches the rest of the Lane Hacker style (rank insignia, the blue clouds of Magellan...).
