As the focus of the war is Bretonia, Dundee is a side issue and Magellan would split forces to a Liberty head to head so carrying on to New London would appear to be the inRP answer.

I agree with New London. Gallic Royal Navy is not yet interested into anything else but Bretonia. And New London is a very good place, because... Well. If it was captured, it would pressumably harm Brets morale.

And kinda off-topic, but connected to the War. Can we expect the Bretonian/Leeds Royal Navy, cooperating with GRN - using Bretonian stuff?

Yes, GRN is interested in Bretonia but BAF blew up the gates to New London so, it would be hard for the gallic armada to move in... This type of events are more suited for "secondary" systems. Besides, don't look at the issue from GRN's point of view only. Imagine some bretonian counters in systems controlled by GRN like Edinburgh or Leeds. Dublin would be the backdoor to New London and Newcastle and Manchester is a flank that needs to be controlled in order to invade New London. I think that Dundee, Edinburgh, Dublin and Manchester are the best for this sort of events. Leeds and Newcastle too. Then New London.

I can't take why people are yelling "Jump holes unknown inRP", might not be exactly this case.. But I think it is just silly to keep them unknown. Smuggler know them, lawful intercepts the smuggler, then lawfuls know the holes. I discovered 3 of them just with my BDM| character. Countless of people did before me.
Or "jump holes are unstable". I have never exploded in the JH loop. I would say it is 100% safe to move warfleet through them inRP.

Correct me if I am totally wrong.

To the topic: From three systems in the poll, I choosen NL because:
-Magellan pews are something which is present again and again. Well, it isn't everyday ocassion now, but events are meant to be something extra. Would be fine only if something else than GRN fleet attacking Freeport 4 huggers.
-Dundee pew was great but again, some people might be like "This again?" But... it was cool event, hard to decide between NL or Dundee. It could be good again.
-From the three opinions, NL would be good only if outside usual way (Leeds JH - Southampton) It should be something new.

We forget one big lore thing here. Junkers know a lot of jumpholes. And for whom Junkers tended to work and send info to? I will just make it easy and say that it begins on "G".

Have you played the SP game? There's this sequence when you have to use a JH but Juni tells you to wait for it to be "phased". So... jump holes are unstable (lore wise). A large ship, such as a Valor would risk so much to "collapse" the hole. Yes, maybe they know about them, but would they really take their fleets through them? Why did the brets blow up the gates then? Makes no sense.

Yeah, forgot about this one. Smile

However, I can't undestand few things. One among them is, if mere pirates screwed up Pueblo Station so hard, why not GRN bombers would do the same with some stations in the New London?

ooRP note: so what does GRN caps doung in New London then? Or Dundee? It makes no sense now, at all.

I imagine for the same reason that Trent took out countless Marduks and turtles with fighter torpedoes.

Balance and logic doesn't always compliment lore, and sometimes you just have to deal with it for the sake of the game remaining fun.

Of the three systems which can GRN enter without using a jump hole?
