A list of purchasable systems would come in handy for us as well. Ill work on one when I have opportunity.

I contacted mwerte about this in mid August and the answer at that time was that the request was being withdrawn.
That system is not owned by any faction at this time and there are no active requests for its purchase.
If you would like to request the purchase have the faction leader do so here and it will go to Admin review. Review will take one to three weeks and I will PM the requestor with the answer once it is reached.

Convincing the Admin team to approve your request may require some good RP background for why that particular faction would own a system; since we are talking about a civilian trade faction. Thats not a requirement, just a suggestion that might help you achieve your goal.

I too would like to see a good RP reason as to why a civilian trade faction requires their own system *looks at Seth and KoF* before I go dropping billions of credits.
