There have been repeated reports of interventions into our affairs in areas of Sirius which are well beyond HF's control. These occur despite my orders for your escorted access to Bretonian space and non-involvment in your affairs. This situation is unacceptable. Consequently, HF are denied access to Bretonian space. If ANY of your forces are found in Bretonia they will be escorted to the quickest destination out of the system.
If unprovoked attacks continue against SF forces, a bounty of $5 million credits will be placed on HF vessels found within Bretonian space and we will openly assist the SA in driving your group back to Vesspucci.

Yesterday morning I was engaged after undocking from Mactan Base [SF]-SFF-Judge_Ashcroft. I was unprepaired for the attack and after a few minutes of fighting I drove him back to the leeds jump hole where I, lacking supplies, decided not to follow.

Speaking of which, Leeds and Cambridge were good source of ...material... until that "indicent". On one side we have SF, on the other side we have SA. Interesting. Although SA has not been seen lately, might as well pay a visit to their systems. And the transport traffic with... mmm... passangers... has increased there over the last time, even off-lane... Today while patroling Magellan, I enetered Vespucci to a very suprising sight. A BAF Battleship had trespassed into our home and had killed at least one of our guards. He was ordered to immediately leave the system... He felt inclined to obey this order. I do suggest we keep an eye on him in the future. Here is a SS of this transgression:
