That could have gone a lot better.
The HFB Night Crawler and my Crow attacked Planet California Minor today. We were soon met by a Bounty Hunter Destroyer Mercenary, and the Battleship LNS Missouri.
The Missouri's shield were nearly taken down, but the Night Crawler was overwhelmed and forced to retreat. I began my retreat, having lost a turret and my Countermeasures, however, I met someone near the Magellan Jump Gate. That someone was none other than the Traitor Holly Kay.
I was instantly engaged. I quickly removed the shields and fired a sunslayer, which nearly destroyed the fighter. However, the traitor repaired his vessel, and began spewing out mines. My shields were removed, and as the Missouri approached again, I removed the traitor's shields as well. However, with help from the local Navy patrols and so many mines that they destroyed many friendly vessels (the traitor then tractored their supplies and restored his shields), my weapons were removed. I attempted to force some of the traitor's mines into himself, and succeeded to a degree. But then the traitor scored a lucky shot, damaging my crow heavily. I was forced to retreat.
The traitorous scum won a uneven and unfair match, but he will pay. And when that day comes, whether by my own hand or by another, I will rejoice. Each day the traitor lives is an insult to the Legion.
The scum will perish, and Liberty, and all traitors, will go up in flames!

Shortly after arriving aboard the newly constructed Fort Veracruz a message came across the comms from the Rogues indicating that a force of Liberty ships was about. I took Supreme Commander Kai Thastus' fighter while he took the Fenrir his bomber.
We could not find the LNS Missouri, but we did find pilots known as Quick Silver, and Battlerazor. Quick was flying a Liberator LF and Battlerazor was flying an Avenger that was quickly destroyed by my mines less than a minute into the fight.
The Southern Alliance went to seek help wherever it could be found ending up with the Liberty Cruiser belonging to the chronic Die-er and terrorist X-Killer-X. Forgetting about the inaccurate light fighter Supreme Commander Thastus and I engaged the cruiser, who was brought down after 6 minutes of fighting, thanks to the timely arrival of an N gunboat called the Atalawohisdi. After that, cleaning up the Light Fighter was easy and quick. We met no resistance on our way back to Vespucci.
In other news my cruiser the Erebus is under construction in Phoenix Shipyards. It will serve as my flagship in the fleet. My brother Hypnos has contacted me as well, and will be bringing his Rheinland Bomber that was bought by him from the Bunschuh rebels.

"It seems our allies the AW want to participate in war games between our forces and theirs. Or the idea seems strong amongst their ranks. They want their new recruits to learn and we need some more training amongst our forces. Hopefully we can organize some stuff in the future."
"The BSG are now shoot on sight, and if you so choose hunt them down. Also, the Nova PG and Bushido forces have promised us their assistance. So do keep in contact with them."
BSG has now officially declared us Kill on Sight as if they were doing anything else before. To put a more official stance to our leader's decision on the BSG we are also KoS to the BSG. we still need to focus on the SA who are falling apart due to losses and their old leader leaving and we also need to focus on the SF.
Kill any BSG you have the chance to and make sure to defend Vespucci from the BSG as well. I would suggest helping the NovaPG in their assaults so none of us get swarmed by numbers. I have no information about what our allies stance in this.

Drake, it has been a long time since we have contacted. The Atlas has been on patrols in Omicron Delta for several days now, and this is the first time we could make contact. The BSG have extended their reach all the way out to this system. I had not received your message, and I kept out of their way. However, I shall continue my scouting mission, and will not be in comm range for another few days. I wish we could've spoken more, but I must be on my way.

ooc: Discovery's not fun anymore. Well, it stopped being fun a few months ago, really. This whole thing with the SF/SA/BSG, just ran me out of juice. If you need any immediate help, Tank, call me, you know my cell phone number, and I'll do what I can. I'll be popping in on the forums every few days, and if we actually go to war, I'll probably come back. Also, I'll try to be on Skype every once in a while.

I am a long-absent Supreme Commander, Executive Commander, Grand Admiral, Fleet Admiral, and Captain in the mighty Hellfire Legion. I have returned, and am on an urgent mission from Drake Thastus to return the Legion to its former glory, and to claim the galaxy for its own. Only then will I be able to rest.
