Uh Kaz....I think you might have mistaken the Rogues for Corsairs.
Food, basic goods, and medicine that you're getting paid to deliver is not exactly the greatest peace offering to a faction that doesn't have a pressing and urgent need for any of that.

Seriously though, it's pretty hard for me to get black market munitions into Liberty when there are seven battleships/battlecruisers in California. And according to Alcatraz's infocard, it's like an unlawful freeport, so they probably go through a lot of alcohol there.

1.You are taking words out of context,the similarity between alcatraz and a freeport(unlawful only) is that if you are an unlawful with the exception of Xenos you are allowed to dock there,however the difference is that we do not lack of those commodities you delivered to us
2.You have to do more than write 2 lines in a comm channel in order to build up a relation between 2 faction..after taking a look at your credit balance i believe you bought our commodities and sold them to us again..
3.Some unneeded commodities does not compensate for the monetary resources we would lose if we retreat from Humboldt/Kansas
4.Last time we met you were holding our captured allies[Mollys] in your cargo hold..we let that one slide,we may not do in a future encounter[Humboldt]
I hope you would improve your role play,read the game lore at first ,maybe find other ways of resolving a conflict than deliver some supplies

Liberty seems to be more or less happy with an empty system with no meaning to them being taken over by someone who wants to patrol it and keep traders safe. We have claimed it in the name of Natio Octavarium.

If Liberty had any issues with us claiming Kansas, they would have told us. Instead, the seem ready to officially acknowledge our claims. On the same line, our thing with Rheinland is sort of a consequence of our diplo with Liberty. Frankly, not all of us are sure about keeping that thing on more than strictly necessary, we'd gladly focus more on Gallia, but it's empty.
