"Commodore Dangen, feel free to have a seat." Takuma stood up and bowed in Kusari fashion.

Boehme suppressed a giggle. "Congratulations on your recent promotion. No, we don't come here often, I had to drag Arata along."

Takuma's eyes glazed.

"Commodore, how is the weather?" Takuma broke the ice further. It was a standard question and it implied how was the combat activity around the area. Takuma came across the phrase during communications interception.

Boehme simply smiled waiting for a response.

Christopher sat down at a equal distance from both of them.

Christopher Semi smiled as he talked "I didn't think i was well known at all, its been raining with a few bits of hail." hail was commonly referring to as Capital Vessel"

"I don't Believe i have met either of you before, hows the weather in your part?."

Christopher waited for a response.

"We watch the weather. See how the storm is brewing." Takuma replied in the colloquial language he had picked up as he operated the communications aboard the ship. It meant that the vessel he served on was designed for reconnaissance and that she watched the houses more than the nomads.

"I just do little things around the ship." Boehme chimed in completely out of sync with the rest of the conversation. She wanted to preempt the cursory gaze which was meant to ask what she did. Her statement was far from honest. "However, I have heard we can bring the rain if need be."

"Another colloquial term." Takuma observed. It meant that the ship could fight back and would not flounder if faced with combat.

They were both being rather coy about what they did.

"Have you heard of the ship we serve on Commodore?" Takuma asked, redirecting the conversation.

Christopher listend to what Takurma was saying about the brewing storm. "Well i might as well ask how do those strom's look. the one back in delta is not looking to great its starting to make thunder." Christopher sighed and then took a deep breathe

Then Boehme spoke, Christopher replied with "Its often the little things that matter, So what do you do on the ship and i am sure any order vessel would have the ability to fight."

"Maahes? i've read the commissioning yes but it seems it hasn't signed the new roster and please the name is Christopher or Chris i dont care much for ranks in this lounge."

"The Maahes is currently there. In the eye of it. However, some of the officers have been sent away to take a compulsory break from duty." Takuma grimaced, his tone condescending. He did not like being made to take a break.

"Which is why we are here." Boehme started, in order to answer the question. "To take a break, from those small things." She left the bulk of the question unanswered and instead deflected it.

"No she hasn't. Nor will she." The voice boomed from the entrance of the bar addressing the fact that the Maahes was not listed on the reserve fleet list. Commodore Sophia Anderson strode towards the table.

In the meantime Takuma and Boehme both rose. Boehme nodded. Takuma bowed. Then they both left the bar, hand in hand.

Anderson took their place.

"Christopher." Anderson nodded.

Christopher watched the couple walk away, then watched the new arrival who was obviously there captain from the way they acted.

"Miss Anderson. Now why wont you be doing that? if the vessel is not on the database it might be considered to be stolen and i am pretty sure that no one but us selected few can use it.

Before Anderson was able to respond Christopher stared into nothing for a while then looked back at Anderson.

Anderson waited for Dangen, who seemed to reminiscing about something painful.

He came back pretty quickly, and a rather cold expression was on his face.

She pretended like nothing happened and responded to the question with a resolute, unemotional tone. "The Maahes was not paid for by the High Command, but by the TSF. We are outside your mandate, and our job is to watch you."

"The High Command may do as they want. Oh wait, what High Command?" Anderson mocked the election and the fact that even though the election was over no results were announced. "If they want to brand us a traitor they would have done so already. Goodness knows how much that move will crumble The Order further, along with the defection of Kimura and the rebellion."

A freshly promoted Commander Osborne was partly listening what was Christopher saying and partly thinking about his new rank and responsibility that comes with higher rank.
He was sitting on a chair by the bar alone and with mind wondering around.

Jack was pretty experienced, but now having a lot more people under his command was not an easy job.

As he heard Chris saying something about stolen ship he did not fully understood what was he talking about, but maybe he missed something while not listening whole conversation due to concentration of attention on other things on his mind...
He wanted to ask what is this about, but it seemed that Chris was present is this room only with his body, his mind was somewhere else at the moment.

For some reason Christopher took a more defensive attitude after his little "Day dream"

"And why would you be watching us?" If there was one thing Christopher didn't like it was being watched when he didn't wont to.

"to make sure where not going crazy? and since the recent events of the last grand admiral gone missing i think with respect they have had a lot more things on there minds."

Christopher sat there still in a tense and defensive state.

Anderson knew that anyone in Dangen's position would react the same way. Defensive and hostile.

"We are watching you because it is our job to. We have to make sure you are not infected after all. We all would not want a tragedy to occur, like an officer in a great position of command to become infected. That would decimate The Order." The statement was rather impersonal, with a hint of sarcastic sting.

All the officers, let alone the commanding officer knew what was contained in the decrypted pulse transmission that the Maahes intercepted.

"They must be rather busy, considering they are having a witch burning festival for the rebels without a proper command structure. That makes sense." A deeper bite with a nastier aftertaste, followed by a nod.

"Anyway congratulations Commodore. Enjoy your drink." Anderson left the bar without looking back to notice whether Dangen had been enough of a gentleman to rise when she did.
