A bit one sided when destroyers are concerned, despite all the effort to balance it. Not sure exactly why, that cloud prevented any clear overview of the battlefield. But yes, I do agree the Triumph may need an arc buff. There's no slots that can fire both forward and backward, so choosing where to mount pulses is difficult.
