I was not trying to say much, at all, just the basics.

Which are specifically, Zelot is biased and we will see this covertly in his Administration, and that his appointment to the administration team is a bad choice, when there are far better candidates available, who are both equally if not more competent, and infinitely less biased.

He taught me how to pirate. And stuff. I think he has the right idea of what it is to be new around here, and how to help those people really get into what's going on around here.

PS. Nowhere does it say that the Administrator ID is exempt from piracy.

1.3 Administrators are obliged:

- To ensure work of Discovery Freelancer server;
- To be fair and treat all players equally, independent of their level and faction alignment;
- Not to mix server roleplaying with server administration in any way;
- Not to ignore any cases of server rules violations that are reported.

Unless flying with an Admin ID means that you're involving yourself with server administration. Who knows, they might actually be RP'ing an A.D.M.I.N. agent.

I think this topic needs a lock - not because its out of hand, but because what could be said, has been said.

I wish Zelot well. I havent been around long enough to know him, and he isnt a member of any admin's ive offended. Whatever the community feels he has or has not done was before my time here, so I cant comment.

But some people I respect very much dislike him - and some people i respect do not dislike him.

either way, if Zelot screws up, he'll be out. If he doesnt, then this community runs that much more smoothly.

And whatever happens, disco will continue. we grind up noobs and make vets. that machine isnt going to stop anytime soon.

Thank you, although I want this thread to stay open. I want people to get out what they want to say, air it out for everyone to see, that way people don't have to talk about it in hushed tones in skype chats worrying about who is in the chat listening. I think if we get everything out now, maybe we can start fresh and move on. If it continues to fester, there will be no moving on from it, no matter how much time goes by.
