It would be unreasonable to demand over what they would get by selling whatever they carry and quite sure it would also be sanctionable. Stop being offended just for the sake of being offended. I envy Viss' calm response as I would simply ignore such salty approach.

Groshyr,
You said it.
It would be unreasonable to demand over what they get by selling the niobium.
And that was the case.
I can make max 4.5m profit with a barge xD
And they asked for 5m.
So im glad that you are on my side(or not idk)
And im only salty cuz devs dont get, but you got it.
So yeah.
But saying they can ask whatever they want is bullshit
Ngl
I laugh so much with this one rule "don't be a Dick"
It should read " when a player is a Dick to you, you can't tell him he is a Dick"
Instead you say "Thank you sir ,can i please have another."............................

IMG was allowed to just straight up shoot and kill you without making any demands at all. Making a demand simply gave you a (very expensive) opportunity to avoid being shot and killed. They didn't have to make the demand. You didn't have to pay. Because of that, the "reasonable demand" rule doesn't apply.
well your right, the Dev/admin want everyone to engage in conflict and blow each other up. back in the day when the game came out i remember everyone blowing each other up on sight 50 times until they got tired of it.
Highly disagree. Sure they could kill him, but if they decided to make the demand, the demand is required be fair. You left him with a choice of losing heavily or losing even more, what a generosity. I dislike seeing you hiding behind all kinds of papers to save up that 3 millions difference instead of resolving the issue.

InRP its very generous, because its about saving ship and crew lifes.
And no, if you can engageburg somebody, its not obliged to be straightforward, you can ask whatever, up to their character family. One of my character life once was decided by coin toss. Or when intel catch my coalition vessels inside house space, they can demand whatever they want, because they can just execute me on place. Rules not define how exactly you should play engagement, and if they would, it will be very limiting. If that feels as harrasment every time, there 1.0 rules for that.

Right, sure. It's not overwriting the server rules though, no matter how cool it fits inRP. Good to know about 1.0 workaround, thanks.
