Reason for request: Liberty Police Incorporated is looking to expand its fleet of capital class warships. Due to the high crime rate throughout Liberty we feel the addition of heavier warships will allow us to be more effective in ensuring the internal security of the Republic of Liberty.

Though we have the Leavenworth which is a mighty ship it has proven inadequate without a support fleet.
