It's not like we pirate in Liberty or Rheinland, we only pirate Libertonian and Rheinlandish ships who we find trading with Kusari. Even before the 'exile', we had pretty good ground to stand on.

The Zoners aren't Neutralers. They aren't No Fire Zoners. They're just Zoners.
Oi vay... And here's me thinking the QCP are secretly under the Queen's command. They aren't Privateers! They're pirates. Silly goose, they aren't sanctioned by Bretonia! Rubbish, they must be.
Really, Blunt, lets be a tad more mature about our arguments, shall we? You know as well as I do that I was speaking of the essence of the Zoners. The primary law around which we abide to protect ourselves, our interests, and other potential prospects. What are we without the NFZ? A group of miscreants living in the middle of nowhere and amidst chaos.
Order must be enforced, just like anywhere else in the Sector.

Indeed. The QCP does have less influence. The Liberty government has hollared asking us "Wtf" about the Freeport in Bering and its dubious nature, and eh... Haven't kept tabs, but if Bretonia asked, we might be more receptive.
The way we (and, coincidentally, the rest of Sirius) see them, they're just pirates who must live by the same rules as all the others. If we gave the Corsairs special rights (the proposal was turned down), then everything goes downhill. The moment we turn to special treatment of one group over another regarding the NFZ, then the Outcast-Corsair war (or House-Pirate war) comes knocking on our front door. Since that is, in effect, the only two groups/alliance members who generally ask for shelter.
The QCP appear to be wanting their cake and to eat it too.
But I digress. Just know that over this unfortunate course of events, I've lost all respect for the faction leader (?) i.e. Blunt. A bigot cannot hold office, in my opinion, as it only degrades one group or another's experience.
Sorry to all the other QCP who suffer my distaste due to the pigheaded nature of one leading official.

I thought that the oldest Zoner faction, the TAZ, were utterly opposed to the imposition of order, actually. Zoners are a bunch of anarchists (miscreants to some, perhaps) who live in the middle of nowhere amidst chaos. That is what they are, correct. They protect themselves by making themselves useful, not by making laws. I was pretty sure that enforced order is the sort of ideology that made the Zoners abandon civilised space.
And bigotry?
Seriously?
Apparently I'm racist against a fictitious organisation. Hilarious. +1 point for a failed, utterly unnecessary, assault on my character. Soon people will lose respect for me for hating Elves, Gnomes and Wookiees too. Of course, that wouldn't be fair, since I love Wookiees, but the point still stands.
