I am glad to report the destruction of [TBH]Tinky at the exit from sigma 13 JH yesterday. A party with the beers provided by our friends in the [RM] was being held outside of New Berlin aboard the Battlecruiser Muahdib. Many of our closest allies had delegates aboard. Naturally when I heard from Crewman Holst Bangerschnotz that the vile pirate [TBH]Tinky was approaching with poentially 2 more pirates close behind. I immediately evacuated the muahdib off all non operational personell and Personally took charge. Due to the recent gossip about Mr Cummings being shot by the corsair scum I was in a frame of mind of sending a mesage of my own to these corsairs. They will pay for it dearly should I get evidence they were responsible.
With the operational crew in place and revellers gone I set out toward the sig 13 JH. Upon arrival Tinky appeared in my crosshairs exiting the JH. I advised Tinky who appeared to be a corsair wench that she was going to die very shortly.
Tinkys Gunboat performed as predicted. Admirably. The muahdib however left a lasting impression upon these corsairs. No further pirates entered NB. It is my opinion that these pirates had more sense than Tinky.
One more blow againts those who would perpetrate evil against our corporation and our glorious leader Mr Cummings.
Sorry Sir my report was late but had prior Personal engagement
I started my patrol on hamburg when I was greeted my seb_rooks he was watching the planet hamburg.
I got a call from a [KOS]trader needed a escort.
Time code 1:15 Zulu
I arrived to meet up with a trader to help.. No incidents where I was but here Chatter on the RepEx Security channel about a traitor being transfered yesterday. SO I switched to my trader escorting duties.

"It would seem that RepEx-Security|Gunther is ignoring me. Everytime I launch I see a "Departing Player: RepEx-Security|Gunther" could it be that I did THAT terrible on my run that he doesn't want to work with me? Gunther, if you read this, please stay flying long enough for me to pay you...
On to current business:
When I launched from the planet New Berlin I heard disturbing reports of 10+ pirates in Sigma-13 so I decided to avoid that system at all costs. Instead I met up with a trader by the name of Quetzal who was going to the Cambridge system. We travelled their safely and then bought Luxury Foods for a trip to New York. Unfortunatly along the way my ship's computer core had a processing glitch and ejected all the cargo. I lost all my cargo. I bid farewell to Quetzal and went back to Cambridge for more supplies. En route I located the string of code that caused the error and corrected the problem. For those of you who don't know I went to New Berlin University for a degree in Computer Programming. I was unable to find a job in my chosen field so I came to work for RepEx. In any case, I successfully delivered my second batch of cargo to New York and then made a run from New York to Munich with passangers. Along the way I employed the services of Hunter _Van and it was a good thing too.. In Bering we encountered 4 Corsair pilots. His BattleCruiser was able to scare them away while I jumped. The rest of the trip was uneventful.
I then checked long-range scanners and they showed that Sigma-13 was clear so I proceeded to do the Diamond->Niobium run, but on my way back I encountered a HUGE ion storm that nocked out all ship functions. I managed to limp back to New Berlin but my freighter will be down for a few days."
I was starting my patrol duties with RepEx when a [KOF] trader contacted me. I told him I will have to check on current status of system before I would be able to help him. I was checking I saw RepEx-Shipping|868 was on so was RepEx-Sec.Gunther. I told them I was escorting A trader. RepEx-Shipping|868 has been trying to contact RepEx-Sec.Gunther and I waited for sometime then I said if you need me call.
Time code: 1:00 Zulu
I started my escort with [KOF] Trader no calls for me and I kept the pace with the trader. Kyushu to Omega 49 and back. I was still doing run the trader. RepEx-shipping868 contacted me worrying about RepEx-Sec.Gunther
he still did not respond back. I told RepEx-shipping868 that if he wanted I would help when finished.
I shake my head did RepEx-Sec.Gunther go AWOL or did he crash or was his comm system down I do not know.
I will be on 11:00 Zulu today and I will have to stop my trader escorting to protect our shipping first.
I will be vigilant!
side note: RepEx-shipping868 sorry to hear about your encounters last evening.

On escort duty my ship fell into a massive flammable gas pocket. All sensors and com systems were damaged. After a day of rewiring I have restored enough systems to return to Alster Shipyards for repairs.
It appears the phenomena is sporadic and unpredictable. Will be downloading what I have from sensors logs.
Gunther Out.

Today I had just entered space and immediatly I was attacked by 6 Bundschwah and 4 Unioneers. Fortinatly [RM] Hans Kreiger was there along with several wingmen and we managed to drive them off or destroy them with no casulties.
In the middle of the firefight RepEx Security members Orion and Eclipse offered escort servised. I accepted and our run to Kyushu was uneventful. Unfortunatly, as soon as I entered Kyushu system my Ship Status board went all red. It turns out that the reaction chamber had microfractures and plasma was seeping into my coolant system. I had to shut down all but my thruster and I managed to limp to Kyushu for repairs. I paid my escorts and went to the planet and contacted a good lawyer so I could go after the incompetant company that built the faulty engine componants. Jerks."

"12/10/07 Addendum
After having my engine fixed I made my Niobum run back to The Ring in New Berlin.
Along the way RepEx-Security|Gunther contacted me and offered escort services. I accepted, and a trader named decay joined our group because he was going the same way.
After leaving New Berlin our trip through Sigma-13 was uneventful, with decay learning how to convoy. I tried to teach him the best I could but I'm still new at the game. Unfortunatly in New Tokyo Gunther advised us that the pirate Telicaster was in-system with us. Decay and I hustled and dropped CMs and hustled some more and managed to make it to Kyushu without being hit by Telicaster. Gunther continuisly risked his own life making sure we were safe.
Because Telicaster was blocking the Jump Gate to New Tokyo, decay led us to the Jump Hole and we made it just in time. I got hit with a Cruise Disruptor by some Blood Dragons floating around so decay went on ahead. I managed to escape the Dragons just as Telicaster came out of the JH. I entered the TL while Gunther again engaged and stalled Telicaster. I hauled butt out of NT and Honshu into Sig-13, where Gunther met up with me.
We made it back to New Berlin without further incident and I paid Gunther for his excellant services. I need a refill of CMs though.
Good work to both of you. 868 another delivery that has arrived will continue to develop our business in the kusari region. Keep an eye on decay and if you feel he merits attention from us advise him to get in touch with Ulrich for a position within repex-shipping.
Gunther. You continue to demonstrate to me why it was an easy choice to promote you to wing commander. Good work.
Time code: 12:00 Zulu - Yesterday
My ship has suffered a great loss.
My ship was a old ship but dependable. I was just starting out to do my patrol yesterday when my engines cut suddenly. I had to call for a RepEx repair ship to haul it in. The Ship Mechanic said I have to refit and renew certain parts. Since my ship was a aged templar I had no choice.
My ship is currently dry docked for a while.
Maybe I will be getting a new ship unknown at this time.(Would like to still get gunboat but have not worked for RepEx too long for that)

Message: I am glad to see that in this time of terrible violence you're all carrying yourselves with distinction. Our CEO, Mr. Cummings, is still in hospital recovering. In the mean time Ihave assumed control of RepEx as per a rearranged plan, one that I hoped never to see come to fruition. While I have been assured of his health, I have not been to see my good freind yet as security, now arranged by the Rheinland Armed Forces, is prohibitively high. I hope to be able to speak to our CEO, if he is in such a condition to do so, within a few days. In the mean time I will do my best to lead from where I stand and we will all do our best to live up to the standard of his work.

TO: Ulrich Wagner
Dear Mr Wagner,
The doctors here seem to think that Alex will survive his wounds. They do have him in an induced coma for the next 2 weeks or so. After that he will probably be confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life. But he will live.
I dont know if you have seen the news, but apparently the Brotherhood has freed Torres. This is not good news. If I know Emilio like I think I do, he will make it his personal mission to not only kill Alex, but to destroy his company at all costs as well. With or without Alex, we need to get Black Talon up and running ASAP. That is the way he would want it anyway. I know he would be honored to have this task in your capable hands. I have decided to stay here with him until he has recovered, so do not count on me for any organizational tasks. Im sure VP Gentle can provide you with all of the assistance you may need.
I will keep you updated, but it might be a good idea for you to pay Alex a visit, you are one of his closest friends these days, and lets face it, he doesnt have many of those anymore.
Sincerly,
Patricia Craig
P.S. Thank HR, Legal and the Mailroom for the lovely flowers they sent, Im sure they will cheer Alex up when he comes to.
