StarPhoks is a young military top secret experiment cloned and made from the most superior genetics known to man, genetically enhanced and altered to be super human.Raised on BattleShip StrausBerg. Being raised by the military and not having no parents made it hard on him.Growing up he was enlisted in the most vigorous training exercises ,far surpassing even the highest commanding officers capabilities at an early age.When StarPhoks was sent on a mission one day he was ambushed and by far outnumbered by LWB's, it was the most intense dogfight starphoks was ever in and it wasn't looking good for him there was only 3 ships left and no more shield batteries or nano bots he was pinned down and in the worst position possible and outta the blue came a GMG fighter he swooped in and blew them outta the air. Knowing that Starphoks owed his life to this GMG fighter he came back to Okinawa with him and got to know the GMG people. As he got to know the people he realized that they were the most kind and outgoing people he has ever met.There he decided to call home and has stayed ever since helping in any way he can and utilizing his top secret skills for the good of the people.

My name is Dr. Winter Shizukesa, and enclosed is a résumé package detailing my professional experience, education, and background. Please regard this letter as my formal application for an Associate Position within the GMG.

My best research into your public employment/staffing documentation indicates you do not maintain a formal Science/Research/Development department. It is my firm belief that the Guild can increase productivity, develop new technologies/products, and consequently expand GMG influence both economically and politically throughout the Sirius sector. Frankly, you need someone with my credentials placed into an Associate (though non-Directorate) position to create, develop, and expand this "gap" in the Guild's structure. Failure to do so can only result in rival interests out-maneuvering the GMG with incremental advances towards superior technology and procedures.

I have over ten years of experience spearheading breakthrough research in areas of organic chemistry; aerodynamics of noble, inert, and industrial gasses; planetary science; and experimental/applied physics.
My developments are published throughout the Kusari Journals of Science, and have been put into practical applications already in several industrial practices.

Beyond the realm of science, I maintain a GMG IFF and a class 11-F GMG Transport ID/Licence to command ships up to and including a Kujira-class vessel. My research and experiments demand tremendous amounts of raw materials, which I am perfectly capable of procuring and transporting myself.
Please note however, that I am most certainly not a military drone to be thrown into combat situations whenever the GMG has a scuffle. I have no interest nor desire to pilot military craft, and refuse to take up arms directly/personally against perceived threats. I much prefer developing/improving the weapons of defense, and letting more "skilled" individuals put them to actual use.

My short and long term goals for the GMG would include:
-Creating, developing, maintaining a formal R&D department.
-Streamlining existing gas mining procedures.
-Refining/improving existing gas mining technology and methods to improve yields.
-Searching for and identifying new, viable gas clouds for eventual mining.
-Improving GMG weapons, equipment, vessels, and other assets.
-Expanding GMG influence by providing a superior commercial H-Fuel product to the Sirius market.
-Expanding GMG influence by out-producing all rival entities.
-Researching new GMG consumer products for introduction to the Sirius market.

Although far from being our most public department, GMG has maintained a long standing research wing for generations and we are always happy to increase and expand upon what we already learned. In Sigma-59 you will find the home of our research and development on Namura Station. We have in-depth research notes on fusion reactors, atomic energy, the componants of the Crow Nebula and theories to it's creation, photonic and positronic technology, physics of stars in all it's life phases, nuclear fission and the weaponization of plutonium, alien artifacts and organisms, a plethora of anomolies studied in our many exploration missions and much much more. We may not have the genius of Kishiro when it comes inventing entire new technological systems but we've become geniuses in our creative and efficient applications (and at times modifications) of the tech we receive from our proficient allies.

Most of our archives revolve around generations of study surrounding the ability to control the near infinite power of stars in a containable and transportable form; H-fuel but I believe you will find many different obscure subjects at your disposal thanks to the bravery of our explorations who continue to search where no one has gone before. We, ourselves, are more then happy to bring in fresh talent for our research and development. //Very good, I long hoped to find motivated members to look into a more viewable R&D division. GMG's deep space explorations have been ongoing for many centuries and I would like it to become a staple part of the Disco experience to occasionally run across a GMG exploration wing in some unexpected location far away from GMG space. I've done the heavy exploration thing myself as GMG and I gotta say, it's by far the most intrusive aspect of GMG RP since the vast majority of the time the exploration wing is quite literally "tresspassing" in one faction or another's territory.
