I did another patrol, at this time going to Omicron Tetha through Alpha. Encountered a hostile in Omicron Alpha, who ordered me to get out of the system when I undocked from Malta and headed to the unknown jump hole. Name of the hostile is Qc_Tracker, tagged as ALG and using a outcast dreadnought. He followed me until the unknown jump hole, but I returned and entered on the hole to Theta, docking at Freeport 9.
I undocked and started to patrol until Corfu base then back to Freeport 9. Found Qc_Tracker again in his battleship outside Freeport 9. Ordered him to leave, due to his disrespect at Omicron Alpha. He started to shoot at me. A corsair, Ace Lexi Shimano, was near using a fighter and engaged Qc_Tracker. I was forced to retreat (ooc: destroyed one time). Estimated loss are 1 million due to ammunition lost.
But was not only this. Qc_Tracker started to mock the AW in a pvt channel, saying we were not capable to guard Omicron Theta, that Omicron Theta is now his private property, that we are "cowards" and all that pvp-whore talk that I think everybody here already known.
I request to the high command to put this hostile at KoS list. He is not good with his battleship, and took some time until I was forced to retreat.
The Caedo is in transit back to the Omicrons. We will divert course to Omicron Alpha to deal with this dilitent. Perhaps the GoR will aid us, for the fact that this person is using one of their dreadnaughts for the ALG.

Commander Luciaden, I have recently received reports that this "Qc_Tracker" is on AW's KoS list. Do you require any Hellfire Legion assistance on this? The SA are getting very old to kill, I think we need some fresh fodder.

Your help is welcome, though unneeded. This pilot is of no real danger to our capital ship fleets that have returned from the Liberty battlefront, and is cannon fodder for our bombers.
In three days the Caedo will arrive and deal with this fool.

I would like to thank admiral Luciaden for my recent promotion to commander rank. Reflecting that I'm putting a new ship to the AW, but I need to known if it will have any use first. I need to known if FEAR and xenos are at KoS list at the moment, and if the ceasefire treaty with the Phantoms is still active after the war against the SA and the SF ended.
The FEAR are still on our KoS list, and will remain so until we see a significant change in them. Xenos are neutral however, including the SCRA. sso| is on our Hunt & Eliminate (HaE) list for crimes against AW during the SF/SA - HF/AW war.
I will get back to you on the Phantom matter on a later date. Until then, leave them be unless sighted in Theta.
