Due to the recent upgrading of my ship, I find myself encountering those buggers known as "Wild" quite a bit now. Seems that I've picked up, quite unknowingly, some of their weapons in the debris fields after defending myself. (Who would've thought that they were using Nomad Energy Blasters?)
I'm not a weapons dealer, but I'm carrying them until I find someone that might want them. (I actually may have a licensed client already.) Since it's entirely possible that I'll get more of these darn things, I'd like a license to carry them in Bretonian space. I'll try to catch a BPA officer to pay the fee as quickly as I can.
Cheers!

Subject: Nomad License of Agmen
Yesterday evening under special circumstances I accepted the 2.000.000 fee from Agmen in the absence of BPA officers. The sender probably didn't know the BPA accounts, so I did that transfer myself and sent the money to BPA)Shaun.Roxburg via neural net. I expect he will confirm the payment when he checks received transactions.
Agmen Payed 2 milllion of credit to the lieutenant Mark McKenna of the QCRF for his nomad license.
This money will be transfered in our account as soon as possible.

as the Sirius Banking service has recently allowed direct credit transfers without two vessels meeting each in space, we are changing our paying procedure.
You will no longer need to pay your Nomad Licenses to Constables in space.
Simply transfer the needed amount to the vessel BPA)Anvil after announcing your intent on these frequencies. The Anvil will register any incoming transfers that were announced correctly.
The fee for one Nomad License is 2,000,000 Sirius Credits.
Each license should be payed by the vessel that needs it, exceptions need to be announced!
Your license will be valid once the transaction has been confirmed here.
This procedure will allow our constables in space to focus on their work - resulting in a safer Bretonia.
