--CONTRE-AMIRAL EVERETT FONTAINE, RNS FORCE MAJEURE, ORLEANAIS--

*The screen flashes with Fontaine's comm-sig momentarily, then reveals the man himself.

Bonjour.

Today was... quite unpleasant. I have still been conducting operations within Gallia after the war game with our intelligence counterparts. The Force Majeure has been on patrol detail with the Dunkerque across Gallia. It was mostly quiet until we arrived in Picardy, to inspect the positions at Amiens. We were stubbornly interrupted at the Orleanais gate by various hordes of rebel bombers, some Brigand, some Conseillard, some Maquisard. Reinforcement seemed quite ill-disposed at the moment we arrived, and as such, we had to take the fight to the paisants alone. An improper force composition and a surprising mix of weapon choices from the rebels meant the Dunkerque was critically damaged, though not before one of those troublemakers was sent into a coffin. The remaining bombers then inflicted substantial structural blows to Force Majeure. Thankfully, the quick pacing and thinking of my usual gunnery crew was more than a match for the evasive patterns of the bombers, blowing them out with both pointe fire and well-placed trebuchet bursts, sure to send them all spinning back to Champagne where they will hopefully be inevitably crushed.

It would seem that as we continue to make gains against Bretonia, the interior remains problematically uncertain. La Gendarme Nationale needs to pick up the response times, so engagements against rebel forces are not so bloody next time.

Bonjour.

Today i have received an emergency notice from a Corsair warship about a Liberty Navy presence in New London. I have arrived on scene as soon as i could, however, the aforementioned allied warship was gone, and only a hostile carrier along with a strike craft was present around the Southampton junction.

While my Lynx obviously did not have the firepower to even slightly damage the carrier - the naval snubcraft seemed like a far better target, so, after a short notice - i braced the power to the weapons and engaged the fighter.
The fight have been going in my favor. Noticing that the fighter pilot had a hard time countering the combat prowess of the Lynx the carrier manned it's point defense, keeping my shield down and at some point looking for opportunities to take down my vessel. As soon as i have caught the distance with the carrier and prepared to resume the fight - the Guardian have turned his tail and ran, burning down the lane to the planet. The carrier have soon followed him.

However, there is something i should bring to your attention: the name of the fighter pilot was Miles Prower - at least, that's what the transponder claimed it to be. If it would not have such a heavy escort - i would not even bother to try and access the intelligence database to confirm my assumption of Prower being a high ranked member: who else would be escorted by such a heavy asset with excellent point defenses?
Indeed, my assumption have been confirmed. the intelligence database have contained a record of an admiral Miles Prower - however, nothing beyond his name and rank is available to us.

Something is brewing in New London. Not that we could not deal with anything these desperate fools have to throw it us - but staying vigilant is not going to hurt.

On a side note - The Core, that Imperium Omicronum that claims to seek to further build up the relationship with The Crown - have dispatched their assets to now occupied Aland Shipyard; the reason behind this should be obvious and leave no doubts to us - these vermin have collaborated with Bretonians to oppress our allies of the Independent Miners Guild.
We should keep that in mind and tread carefully with trusting these people, as honesty is not the trait these people have mastered.

Bonjour,

The Bretonian front was very active the last few days. At least one battle happened a day. While our enemy suffered losses, our side aswell. The fights become more hard with the time. Nonetheless, brave people shown to our enemy can't od anything to stop us. They shown a great courage and bravery in critical moments. They influenced the outcome of the last battles by their determination and loyalty.

As Alizée Vallée, Rupert Davies and Sean Dumont. You can be proud of yourself but don't become too pride! The war isn't done yet. Keep it up!

Sincèrement

Marine Royal Gauloise, Commandant Pierre Vaillant.

Bonjour (again),

During our last offensives in Cambridge and New London, we noticed that a group of Corsair, the TBH, engaged our ships without hesitation, supporting then the Bretonian forces. The event happened twice.

I think it is essential to clear that with our friends of the Custodi to know more about those retarted actions coming from Corsairs.

Chanteloup appears on the screen.

Commandant,

You have my thanks for these two reports. They both brought me important information that I will be certain to take into account.
My congratulations to you and the pilots and commanders involved in the recent skirmish against the Bretonians ; their performance has been well noted. I'm glad the new blood is proving up to their considerable task.

I have forwarded your transmission about this Brotherhood character to my superiors. It's out of my hands now, but I feel like our friends on Crete are about to get a rather violent reminder of their place in the grand scheme of things.

Take care of yourself, commandant.

Bonjour,

After I went in Ile De France to meet the Amiral Chanteloup, imediately saying me that the expedition is postponed, offering me a cup of TEA as compensation -that I refused because too much Bretonian-, I am finally back on the front.

Prepare your weapons mes amis! We are going in crusade on a special location I have chosen. I want to have a whole fleet ready when I am back after the dinner time.

With the Guillestre arrival in Leeds, our flanks in the Taus are seriously weakened. Yesterday I wanted to be sure everything was clear in Tau-23. I met there a Independant Miner representative. He warned me about a recent increase of the Outcasts raids in Tau-23. The representative told me the Outcasts are coming from the system Tau-37. I had the opportunity to explore the system and the miner gave me valuable informations regarding Outcasts activity within this system. It appears they are recruting their people from the slaves trade and this one is passing through Tau-37.

With the Guillestre that moved out, it is essential to reinforce our positions within Tau-23 and chase the little presence of the Outcasts of this system. If we can decrease their raids, then it will be benefic for us.

Bonjour,

Me along with Bordeau, who was commanding the RNS-Constant. We spotted on our scaners, a Sirian freighter hauling Black Market Light Arms. We chased the Sirian ship from Magellan to Manchester. We engaged him at the Birmingham Wreck, our fight took us to the New London gate where the Sirian thought he could escape by a inch, but he failed and we were able to take his ship down.

We tractored most of the light arms, the rest were destroyed and took the Light Arms to Planet Leeds.

Glad I came to assist, otherwise Bordeau will have a hard time catching the Sirian.

Sincèrement

Bonsoir.

Upon receiving my charter of the former rear-line patrol vessel Constant, I elected to take the vessel on an immediate shakedown cruise through our rear lines into New London. After passing through Agincourt without incident, I happened across a Privateer of the Bretonian Crown, who fled immediately upon sighting my vessel. Nevertheless, he was quickly followed and his engine mount was removed quite forcibly. The data is attached below.

After dispatching that troublesome individual, the Armed Forces arrived in their own patrol vessel, the Indefatigable. Unfortunately, despite the help of Capitaine Leclerc, I was unable to subdue the enemy craft and was forced into a rout after the Constant received serious damage. I believe putting in for a re-fit to heavier cannon is in the best interest of future patrols, should the Bretonian response be similar; their heavier armor and precision armaments proved quite effective at shorter ranges.

Once repaired and re-armed, the Constant set off again from Leeds, whereupon I gave chase to a Sirian ne'er-do-well who was attempting to supply the Resistance on Leeds. While unsuccessful in my initial attempt to subdue them due to the vessel's greater speed, once reinforced by Maitre Marchant, we together took down the smuggler and confiscated what illicit cargo was possible, destroying the rest on-scene.

That will be all for now. Sincèrement,

Jean-Paul Bourdeau

Le 30 Mai, 741 A.G.S.

Madame, Monsieur,

Today was a most glorious day. Under the command of Commandant Pierre Vaillant, our fleet set off from our chosen rally point in Tau-23, in the direction of Tau-37. The task at hand: the confrontation, and ideally the extermination, of the Pariah forces, known by the Sirians as 'Outcasts', infesting the auTauroute and its neighbours. Unfortunately, the recording equipment aboard my ship was knocked loose by an asteroid collision on the way to the combat zone, and I was thus unable to capture the task force's embodiment of the CORE GALLIC VALUES as we sallied out valiantly against an enemy of superior quantity to our own. Thankfully, however, the self-repair systems kicked in shortly, and I suppose the G-forces my ship sustained during the fight pushed the sensor pack back into its proper place, because I was able to capture the deaths of three of the four Pariah capital vessels we sundered that day - one of which died at my own hands (or munitions, rather). The other two were the wrongly-named "El.Innocente", felled by "Royal.Torpedo", of the same type as my own bomber, and the "MNS-Abraxis", destroyed by the thunderous might of the MRG's "Lazurite" Obstinate-class battlecruiser. There were also two Pariah battleships present; elegant, deadly ships, that have no business being in the hands of up-jumped drug dealers and their cronies. One was destroyed very early in the fight, alas before my recording systems were repaired. The other, the L\-MNS-Saint.Mark, survived the battle, although it was critically damaged and will no doubt cost them large amounts of resources to repair. Sadly, I was not there to see the end of the fight - I was, disappointingly, a casualty of friendly fire, during one of my runs against the Saint.Mark, being forced to eject. Still, it was a good fight, and a good day.

This concludes my report. Vive le Roy! Vive Gallia!

Sincèrement,
François Hannart de la Vignolle-Haute
