how can you take certain sections out of a picture? like for example, taking the face out of the rest of my avatar.

Well, you did put it in your sig, so I thought you were happy with it. I can (and probably will) work on it more, since I'm such a sucker for Fallout, but as I've got a lot of requests, I don't know when. I'll let ya know.
