It does. what did you do to get that blue effect? poked around with the levels? or did you use a filter?

I think it can be done with Hue and Saturations... but then again, there was this filter everyone downloaded a couple of weeks ago... I completely forgot about that... hmmm.....:unsure:

I used a cooling filter in Photoshop.
