Now I embark on a new mission - to approve Jeremy Hunter's quest of questing down quest isle to finally get approved by Folgore who, sadly, keeps rejecting him for the right reasons instead of accepting him for the wrong ones.
"When you get the money, you get the power. When you get the power, you get the women."

The Zero Safety Zone in Texas is the only non-irradiated area within the system that is under the protection of the Liberty Navy. Standing guard is the Battleship Durango, a grom sentinel stationed at the ZSZ to defend one of the only ways into New York. The ZSZ also has the Liberty Navy Hospital Ship Bruce Perry, the Libefty equivalent of the Wihelm Gustloff. The ZSZ is the most heavly guarded area area besides Zone 21. Navy patrols are heavy, and medical vessels are always present, ready to dart into save pilots.
Zone 21:
Since the defeat of the Order, The Liberty Navy moved the Battleship New Mexico to defend the highly classified area. Under attack day after day, the New Mexico is the one place no recruit wishes to be stationed at.
Alaska:
Juneau Shipyard, Fairbanks, and Mitchell, have been eradicated. Kodiak survives only because of the LSF's Dreadnought/Spyglass, the Tyranny. Kodiak is the last bastion within the desolate Alaska system. It is the only place besides the New Mexico that any Navy recruit fears to be assigned, as the LSF takes any new recruit to reinforce Kodiak.
Ellesmere(if there):
Defended by the Tyrannical and Tyrannic, two dreadnoughts, Ellesmere whethers attacks that the crew of the New Mexico and Kodiak would die of terror at. Despite this, Ellesmere stays firmly within Liberty's grasp.
Quick lore I thought up before church. Short, but a start while on a smartphone. Thoughts?
Notes: names are placeholders. And I was tempted to call the Liberty Hospital Ship the Leonard McCoy:crazy:

In AU Liberty is being beaten at every turn by Rheinland. The HF in the alternate timeline might believe that the current government of Liberty is too weak and the current situation is unfit for a civilian government. Therefore, they would want to overthrow it and replace it with an emergency military government that can turn the tide of the war in Liberty's favour.
But ask the HF about their lore, not me. That's just speculation on what they might be attempting to do.

I concur. The more grim things get (and things seem to be getting pretty damn grim from what I've read so far) the more room there is for an organisation like the Hellfire Legion. Remember one of the reasons the HF fights is because it considers the government/law enforcements incompetent.

Liberty is supposed to turn into a military dictatorship in catastrophic scenario, as per vanilla lore.
