Is O74 a Guard System still?

If so:

4.2 Official Player Factions and Guard IFF'd players for the NPC faction are free to tax, fine, pirate, and destroy any players who enter their respective guard systems.

All of this would have been prevented had they made 0-74 a a guard system under the control of phoenix.

That's also true, and un-biased za or not za, everyone will be forced out until we get a few days of "silence" and all the parties settle for something.
The goal is to clean 74.

So you will fight ZA and get rid of them as well? now that i'd like to see, though i doubt that would ever happen.

Order doesn't want to rule O-74. If any of ZA and Tel Aviv wanted to see into the reasons, it is all about the bases.

Omicron 74 is supposed to be free but CANNOT BE SUCH as long as someone have ability to simply lock it (ZA) at will.

They can lock it for everyone thats not my problem, problem is locking it down for ZONERS. Others shouldn't even be there its a guard system that is being manipulated and used too often, guard systems aren't normal systems and zoners should be the 90% traffic there, that is why its less problematic to block it to ais or others.
74 is really much like 100, only theres no body to inspect it, but just because it doesn't exist doesn't mean others should interfere with it, its still a guard system and therefor only zoners and respected members can enter it, that includes any orders or regulations, not acceptable as you can see. The fact is, if someone un-related such as outcasts fly through the system just to take a "shortcut" - should be expected to get shot, however they can easly tell you to piss off and you can't bloody even touch them. If its going to stay a guard system, zoners should have the power to enforce it.

Omicron 74 since its beggining was meant as TRADE ROUTE and SHORTCUT for everyone in Omicrons who wanted to avoid Corsair space for this reason or another. Add to it, system is not even guard anymore.

Given its location and the bases it contain, it should be. Anyhow, its still a zoner space, completely zoner, so the agenda has not changed.

That's exactly what I want to do, never the less 1 faction started, now the other one begins, I deem both to be deported so that they can do all the damage they want elsewhere, perferbly where the sun doesn't shine ( probably chester )

Omicron 74 has long ceased to be a guard system, to that iirc it's not even possible anymore to get a full Zoner guard IFF.

So this won't work, simple as that.
