None of those characters are in GB's. Those people are Silent assasin (who dislikes gunboats) Skoko, who loves his bomber, and terrence, who flies a BD fighter, I can't off the top of my head remember who akatsuki is but I doubt that is a BD GB at lvl 49. If that was taken from the tool to see who is online I know its flawed, as I have seen loads of mistakes with it. Look at the levels, what kind of gunboats are those?
If you want you could ask an admin to check those ships, but trust me they ain't gunboats (Plus I think the BD GB is a bit rubbish).
I didn't realise the online tool was flawed and I pay no attention to anybodys level so forgive me for taking it at face value. I'll take you at your word, as I know it's good.

Yeah, actually on that List all of us, Miagi, Phalanx and Reflection are in BD HFs, but for some reason online tool shows gunboats...
About ship list, weapon lists, and weapon loadouts.. Yes they are strict but that is BD customs mixed with our terrorist principles...
i don t know why there has to be an app anyway - the faction has been around for ages, - so unless you reform it from the very start, - i don t see much reason. anyway, the faction proposal is mostly flawless - cause its not really a new one anyway.

about the ships - who cares if you re in gunboats, battleships or light fighters. - as long as your ingame roleplay fits your faction and its ships, it is fine. sooner or later, you ll get the bigger ships anyway ( "to fight the masses of cap-whores" - "only for special occasions" - "just to have it" .... whatever reason, - almost no faction achieved to really stick to fighters only, and why should they ... it doesn t say anything about their roleplay quality ) - and sometimes i wonder why that argument is used as a token for good RP.
what i am actually more concerned with is - like it was mentioned already - the role of the faction. the blood dragons are, in contrast to e.g. the outcasts, a very tight knit community. low numbers and makes them stick together and trust each other greatly, - just like a family. the idea of two factions is about as likely as a family splitting up and going different ways - which can happen, but usually won t happen if they still follow the same goals.
so as long as the BDs still crave to unite kusari under their shugunate, it is unlikely that they form different facitons, as it can only weaken them more. ( this is only based on RP, - when its about fairness to create a faction, i don t see any problem there )
with that in mind, the "old" novaPG did what i would have expected. - they came from another faction, and after a lengthy process - integrated themselves completely into the BDs - making one family again.
so what i d like to see is not much about what you restrict in use or how much you hate capital ships or so... but i d like to see the reasons and story behind it all.
- why are there to be more than one faction ( not as a critisizm, but as a real reason in RP )
- do you follow the BD goals or do you have your own?
- how do you get along with the [HG] then. - considering the BD faction is supposed to be short on numbers, short on new rookies to assist the cause.
obviously, the HG will be "the" BD faction, - representing the leadership and the head of the family. will the new novaPG take orders from the HG then? - if not, why won t they.

that is not reason enough ( in roleplay ) for me to see the need of a totally different faction. - that could easily be a branch of the HG that is more dedicated to terrorizing than pirating.
edit: let me say again that i am all positive about having the NovaPG around. - but if we apply the same standards to this application that we apply to really new ones, - there are just those points that gotto be cleared up, i think. otherwise, it would be a thinking like "alright, some things are not really clear, but we know you re going to do fine" - which would be unfair towards factions that make a new app and are unknown, cause they don t have the bonus and have to explain every little detail.

I agree with you , BUT, certain people in game kept saying to us: Youa ren't official no more, you can't demand from me to drop cargo, you can't chase me out of Chugoku...etc... So we felt obligated to community t solve this problem once and for all and do AGAIN faction request for one of the oldest factions on server

Agreed again.. But yeah BUT again... Because of our faction role we don't need ANY capital ships in our faction...

Yes we follow BD goals, but we have different heritage .. I look on NovaPG as descendants of Hessian elite pilots who found refuge in Kyoto and pledged their lifes and honor to BDs... for that we got certain autonomy because we were outsiders and up to this day we stayed like elite force who does tactically most challenging tasks like assassinations, sabotages and other terrorists dirty jobs.... Lohingren wrote reasons why we use NovaPG ID .... And when we develop our RP in future, who knows maybe we add something else ... Also we don't consider ourselves Pirates.. it is bellow us to steal money, we are more like refined assassins and we act on principles.... You can't buy us with any amount of money (like BDs) but also if we order you not to enter Chugoku, or not to carry Diamonds intended for Kusari and you do it... you will die without negotiations...
Our plan is to make Chugoku secret again .. by kicking out all non BD/GC ships, no matter what they do.. (Traders, explorers... etc)... Also as you can see except certain restrictions in ZoI and Ships/weapons... We stayed same old NovaPG that was respectful force on this server... I hope we will be successful as they were and add some more to that
