No, it is not sufficient.

Depending on the situation though, typing out 3-4 lines very rapidly is usually just good enough.

Though not all of us lazily rest on 100 WPM

I cringe at the idea of officers going to fatal measures so quickly following the words "you're under arrest!" (Murika?), suddenly the term arrest no longer has meaning and yet simply saying "You're going to be murdered!" will suffice as an engagement notice to a hostile ID so you probably wouldn't get a vote for sanction from me and more a notice saying "I'm sure you can do better then that."

That's all well and good, but when's the last time that kind of a situation actually had a "fatal" outcome on this server? Everyone survives everything on Disco because of untrackable pods that never malfunction.

And I think the policeman could do better than bring the criminal with his ship (loaded with deadly weapons) in intact Tongue

I'm probably in the minority here, but I think the OP's example makes more sense.

no.

Ah ok

I had the encounter with that LABC yesterday. Some RFP's found him near helgoland. I decloaked behind him, said: "Disable your shield, you are under arrest" and we startet to talk. After some time, 2 or 3 pirates appeared and i was forced to defend myself. That LABC had nothing better to do than to attack me without a word.

I thought this event have a connection to your thread.
