In regards to the Med.Force vessels, while we would normally never allow vessels of capital size within our borders, much less our home we feel that we can make a special exception given our long-standing relationship and your reputation.
To clarify, Med.Force vessels regardless of size are welcome in Omega-52 and may hide within the ice-field though I strongly recommend they do not stray too far from Sevastopol.

I've traveled to Omega-52 many times and had the pleasure to speak with a large number of your soldiers.
It's a unique experience and a very enlightening one; I believe contact like this to be one of prime factors in propagating peace and equality among mankind, something which I consider to be a mission of mine.
Additionally, I consider it very important to personally verify any rumors or stories one hears whenever possible. Particularly in regards to your little enclave of space, when veracity of reports from the outside is generally highly questionable.
Why we should grant your desired clearance:
As I previously held a visa and never abused it or got into trouble, I would hope this won't be much of a problem, especially the new rules are considered "relaxed".
Furthermore, on my last trip, when I was told I had to reapply, I was also informed that as captain of a transport-class vessel, I should have no problems receiving a new visa as I could assist with supplies.
The Volcarona is not a large ship, but I would be happy to fill her up with anything the Coalition might need whenever I make the trip.
I have requested yellow clearance as this is generally mirrors what I had before.
More would, of course, be flattering, though I certainly won't expect it.
Green clearance meanwhile would seem strange as I've been to Zvezdny Gorodok many times.
