Oh no, Eve, the game that eats FL players... not worth it, you lose lots of work when you get ganked, and farming money is no fun. While its really pretty and there's lots of people, what they need is an RP server the quality of this one, it kills me to see such beautiful ships surrounded by textboxes containing "lol".
I played it for a couple years. I was part of a great RP corporation (Jericho Fraction).
The game lost its shine for me when POS wars became the only way to break alliances. I miss when skirmishes and guerilla strikes against battleships were the best way to wear down an enemy and drive them out.
I was the king of Rifters.
EDIT: One time, we took about 30 people and kitted them all in blaster-equipped Thoraxes, then proceeded to go out and cut a swath of death in an enemy region. We scored over ten PvEing battleships caught unawares and made an entire mining op log out. We destroyed their cans and left.
I tried three seperate times to get into it, and failed each time. Horrible game IMHO.

You fear oblivion. Yet you forget. The universe remembers every atom of your being. Even dust hums your name in the dark. Roleplay is dead. Long live Powertraders and PvP I guess.
