After hard drive failure and my stupidity of not backing the account ID. I've been unable to play these two charcters, includeing all others I had.
And admins have been too busy to restore my account, for about a month now. After loseing a couple billion credits and about 500 plus hours of playtime its been very hard for me to even log in and attempt to restart, eventually with luck I'll be back.
