Turn off POB Damage due to Unstable Servers

As long the server doesn't run as it should do - Please TURN OFF RA AND FOW CONSUMPTION of POBs!

People have to work, go to school etc. and there are different timezones. Although they have (as base owners) choosen to supply their bases...
... if they CANNOT CHOOSE the time when they are able to do it - TURN CONSUMPTION OFF COMPLETELY!

I know, and that's what I'm scared of. I've managed to make sure mine were ok, but if not everyone has, or didn't realized consumption was back on, the rest of us will have worked for nothing during the times it was turned back on.

No, it was not.

Only the shields were nerfed and bases are much easier to destroy now. Consumption is still the same!

So 5 or 6 bases go down, but the other 80+ bases that were properly supplied are still up. But hey lets do a server roll back because those 5 or 6 bases were under-supplied and never checked on,

edit: Also I'd like to point out via this graph that the server has spent more time up than down this past week. I see no reason that we should have a rollback
