Do you have, perhaps, a more elaborate opinion on the idea...or is this gonna be the typical "Don't touch my Zoner!!" attitude we can expect with any suggested changes?

What particularly don't you like about the suggestion?

Because the FR5 system for zoners actually works, in giving a modicum of control. im sure the other officials would agree. why would we want to trade something that works, for something that is vague and abusable by the 'bad' section of the zoner populace.

Yeah, it works in that it prevents conflict, sure. And I'm also sure other officials would agree, because you're the ones using that power to make things nice and easy for you to trade unhindered.

Why would you trade that for something else? Gee, I dunno. Because you ought to be considering other peoples' fun besides your own? Nah, that's just silly.

Zoners shouldn't have caps at all in the first place. Trying to justify leftover from Discovery's early non-RP days is meh.

Remove zoner caps (and caps from other factions which shouldn't have them, as Garret said)

Just give Nephil 2mil base armor, 3x CMs, 4x flack turrets, and rest-cruiser's guns for shooting back. And it's job going to be run, but no fight. Peacefull carier. Also, make it completely useless in combat, and missions making.

And keep Aqu. as a combat carier, which still could be usefull, in case of some conflicts, and leading defensive forces, covering running Nephils.

Can admins give numbers of how many Zoner Capital ships are currently owned in game? I remember that being a feature of server statistics and was a excellent way to determine which ships were most popular ( Sabre in 4.85 Big Grin )
