What stops a young Outcast looking for a thrill outside of Malta? 100 years old grandpa's dont pilot fighters you know - These guys would lead cartels more likely.

Humans have a regular growth top. You dont increase the lifespan but slow the growth. I cant explain it in English sadly.

I see where you're coming from with this... but no.
That isnt how it works. 2 years to normal people isnt 1 year for outcasts. Just... stahp
From what I can tell, the age progression seems to be affected by how much you're exposed to cardamine. So, at a young age, you still age normally, but the longer you remain exposed to cardamine, the more it alters your DNA and the longer your lifespan.
So, logically, Lets assume Childhood and Adolescence last about their normal amount of time for us non-cardi users
Late Adolescence is when it really starts to have its effects, and your body's natural clock starts to slow down
Early adulthood is the part thats you really start streching the years on. So, lets pretend that normal ages of 18-30 are streched to OC years: 18-60
Middle adulthood (human years 30-40), something like OC (60-120)
Middle aged (Human years 40-60) scaled to OC (120-180)
Late Adulthood/seniors (human years 60-80) scaled to OC (180-230)
Late Seniors (human years 80-100) scaled to OC (230-250)

The relative ageing doesn't work here. Nor was it given in any infocard, wiki page, thread that I have noticed. A 20 year old outcast is a 20 year old outcast. We can't deny the fact that he lived for 20 odd years, seeing, experiencing and learning the way of outcast living.
I find no problem in 20-30 year old outcast characters applying for factions. It makes sense imo. Afterall, they have lived 20-30 years and would have gained sufficient <insert random experiences/skills etc etc>. This relative ageing is just a poorly thought out extension of the fact that outcasts can live well over 200 years.
