I've tried to contact people individually or via the factions there in but no one seems to be cooperative in doing that, since there's still a stigma around.
Therefore I'll just dump a message in here:

Recently, some people have said that their PvP encounters with The Core have not been the greatest. I apologize for that, and we're trying to improve. If you have a bad encounter, I would be grateful if you tell us via skype or on our feedback thread.
