Hola amigo,

We are glad to hear that the repairs are nearing completion. We are preparing a vessel right now with the Hel's crew and some amenities to accommodate a Maltese personnel. Furthermore, Inquisitor Espinosa has been called back to Malta to personally escort said vessel back to Puerto Rico, and to hand off the schematics for the Storta.

We'll be in touch as to the specifics and conditions of said vessel, once they are decided amongst the Council.
