Speaking as someone who has a relativly small faction myself, sure. I can look at my roster and the activity tracker and see whose inactive and whose flying most. That much is easy.

Larger factions however, with upwards of 20/30 people flying upwards of 2 accounts worth of ships, all with different names, is a different story.

There's a legitimate reason for it. Please calm down.

No. No no no. No. Even the largest of disco factions is a small organisation. It is extremely easy to keep on top of the paperwork, so long as the leader actually engages with and interacts with the members of his or her faction.

I find it's difficult with timezones, and people renaming and new members + drop outs. And that's only Kishiro|

No idea how Congress keeps on top of their stuff, but I've heard they have their own forum.
