As stated, Core 5 can only be achieved by Official Factions, and even then only if there is more than enough RP surrounding the base that shows it's made a positive impact.

yes i know it for the core5, the base is an official base, but administrate by me! if i found enought supplyer i can try to make this final core, but it's a difficult and long job!

the interest with the core5 is that no FOW and RA, robotics, hull segment is needed to run!

alone, it's long, i know why i say it

Which official faction does the base belong to? Offical base does not mean it is approved by an official faction to exist. It has to belong to/be built by an official faction. The official factions are:

If the base does not belong to them, or you are not a member of one, you cannot get Core5.

And correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you build the second base to use it as an intermediary base to supply the first? Can't you destroy the second, so half supplying will be needed? Does it have a function at all?

you know why, it's because that when i've asked the admins to move the base, their answer has been no!

i can rename the base too, since how much time the base is running? évidemment mister that i'm obliged to ask the permission if i want a core 5.
