Correct me if wrong, but the wiki isn't indicating that Dragons have only one Togo, especially: "Possessing only a small handful of these aged craft" make me think that you should have "handful" of them, not only one. So I just don't understand this restriction.
Other than that, I didn't have many encounters with you, but they were all enjoyable! If I remember, I've met you only as a Nomad. I wish you the best luck in acquiring officialdom. You are on the good way!

We set our own numbers of Togo's to only one, so its easier to justify the Togo's flown by Indie BD's. Also the Togo is a rare and unique ship in Disco. If we start to fly with 5 Togo's around, we would destroy the illusion of a Legendary ship
Also thank you all for your support, its nice to see that the people appreciate a Unlawful fraction in Kusari but also thanks for your critic, it helps us to make this fraction even better
Even though this is not really a feedback thread I will post my concerns here. It is only after you came to the ]bd[ disbandment thread that I made up my mind of actually bothering with posting something. I'm sure you remember your post previous to you editing it better than I do, but to summarize it you basically said that how a certain character acted ingame was bad, and that his role-play is/was bad. I will try to reason with you.
First thing's first. You have to realize why this game is beautiful. It is because it gives everyone the opportunity to role-play what they wish and how they wish it, as long as it's not breaking the rules and is within . Now onto the matter at hand. Also remember that you are not official, and your leaders do not mean other players' leaders. Your ingame reaction during the 'incident' was non-existent, for the lack of better words. I'm sure you remember the situation but for the readers I will explain. You came into Chugoku with a Lane Hacker convoy, to which the character in question reacted with disgust. I am well aware of the dealings the Blood Dragons made with the Hackers, but it does not mean my character has to support them. If the Hackers carry commodities the Dragons need there is little trouble in arranging for Dragon transports to exchange the cargo in Hokkaido, far away from their most sacred home. The character expressed his concerns and disgust with your actions and of the Hackers, and all he got in return was little to no role-play. I'm leaning more towards none.
The second event occurred once the Order agent came into sight. Not at one point in time did the ]bd[ tell the Order agent to leave. All he did was role-play that this is a Dragon base, and the Order agent should know his place. Let us remember the Blood Dragon pride and try not to make them kneel before anyone. Also, the ]bd[ in question did know Order Admirals in person, bear that in mind. Again, the role-play that came from you was little to non-existent. All you did was sigh constantly and kept saying 'ignore him'.
After that the ]bd[ and the BD| had a little chat, in which the character claimed he was a Shogun, if I'm not mistaken, and was married to a Golden Chrysanthemum. Now this is your personal role-play, in which I will not interfere but allow me to point out a few things. You claimed your character has Hideyoshi blood in his veins yet he married a Chrysanthemum. I suppose that is fine, but traditionally mixing royal blood should not happen, and if it does do not expect other Blood Dragons to like it, approve it and least of all praise it. Such was the reaction of the ]bd[ character. Taking Dragon beliefs and reasoning into consideration, let us say they do in fact overthrow the Emperor of Kusari one day, and rule Kusari themselves. Do you honestly believe they would willingly share the throne/government/rule with the Chrysanthemums? They would certainly try and avoid it. So while the GC indeed seek equality in Kusari, my understanding is the Dragons will only give as much as to keep the GC in line and useful and help them at this time of struggle and need. But that is up to the character you play, and how he views it. However, if your future faction wishes to be very good friends with the GC you're more than welcome to do so, but think of the theoretical scenario I mentioned. The change of rule will never happen anyways so most of this is pointless.
Now after all this happened ingame, I would've expected an apology for the lack of role-play from your side instead of calling others for -bad- role-play. Not only that, but you also claimed that you expected more from a faction that used to be known for their role-play. I will not respond to this insult but believe me, even though I easily could, and rightfully so.
Moving on, I doubt the ]bd[ will ever be back in full strength like they used to, so the name of the Blood Dragons is yours, and I do wish you luck. Keep up your activity and the full understanding of the role-play will come with time. Blood Dragons are easy to learn but hard to fully master and understand. If you need any help and/or advice feel free to ask me, I'm willing to help out.

Speaking here as the 2iC of the BD|, not one of our people are married to a GC, and if they are, then someone is withholding information from the Dragon command and not telling us something. I do thank you for bringing this to my attention however, and I will be seeking out whoever it is soon.
Edit: Just checking, no one in the BD| is married to a GC so apparently someone sparked some crap inRP which will be dealt with internally.
Another Edit: Apparently your guy spoke to AP who's female BD| is an EX-GC who went to the BD|. As far as I know, there was no playing Shogun during that because AP is not of that rank.
