I understand, but "ultimatum" suggests a situation where someone has not responded adequately and you're having to force the issue. Forcing the issue before even asking to begin with, or without giving adequate time for response, suggests a hostile attitude. I don't think you actually have such an attitude, which is why I suggested you calm down the rhetoric.

I meant that the BPA is without leadership, and needs some. If the current leader will not get online more often, then I will try and give that leadership. I'll give them some time to respond, and until then I will try to keep the BPA running

So you are the acting leader of the BPA? If so good, there is a Royal Charter for Bowex that needs a BPA signiture on it, as well as any changes you think need to be made. Hopefully the proposed Charter will help foster relations between the BAF, BPA and Bowex, and help the BPA in particular to increase their activity.
