I'm using custom starspheres + swagpack.
Idk why it shouldn't work for you, maybe you've missed copying binaries from the pack to the exe folder?

Although I'm not sure if any of this is useful as its modded, still dropping it here just in case.

Are you able to create some sort of Leeds render? Perhaps a Valor and a Kirk facing off with a few snubs around?
