For example, in some cases players get encouraged to try out Dota 2, and then end up never playing Discovery anymore.

Or osu!, or World of Warcraft. To date, that's at least four Disco players consumed by games that I got them into, plus a good IRL friend of mine who went totally off-grid for six months straight. Turns out he'd been playing WoW non-stop.

I fear GRN HC will never recover from the combined forces of osu!, osu!mania, and Dota 2.
