Legate is an Import?

Other than the general shape of having a "neck" attach the cockpit to the rest of the body, the two ships are completely different in all of the details.

(possibly reading too much into the use of exclamation points here but...)
hunter you need to chill out mate. Its simply two ships that if you squint really hard and focus only on their outlines seem to be the same.

it looks nothing alike, and it isn't plagarism if it has a similar ''shape'' - also, nothing is original anymore, you can literally call almost anything out on plagarism.

example: HURR ZONER CRUISER/CORVO IS AN EXPORT OF THE ANGELWING FROM NEXUS, JUPITER INCIDENT !!! reality: no. it isnt.

just look at the back of the ship and front! Also both have docking bays at the sides! They just added more hull parts to Legate to make looks like not an import

The Vo'Quv's launch bays are orientated axially, whereas the Legate's launch bays are orientated transversally.

The overall shape may be similar, but no, to the best of my knowledge, the Legate is not an import. (Also, the ship was designed by AoM, not Jinx.)

As Jammi has pointed out, Star Trek Online is a much newer game than Freelancer/Discovery, so I add my voice to Jammi's.

Looks like they took the Legate and removed the horns.

Also, I don't think Jinx could design a ship that ugly if they tried :p

Something I don't think anyone has bothered to point out, it is impossible for the Legate to be an import,
Angel of Mercy designed it and its been here since 4.84, not to mention the Vo'Quv has only been around since STO came out (2010).
