I have been informed of the events that transpire in New Tokyo today, and I commend the work performed by our field agents in the defense of Kusari. That being said however....

On another matter, the Kempei Karasu.no.Kage, Airi Kurokawa, Gal Gryphon and Aya Shameimaru are to reply to this communication as soon as possible. There are certain assignments that require your contribution. They will be presented as once you have heed your summons.

Any other agent not mentioned (//indies too) should contact this channel for new assignments. Don't let me think you are getting lazy, there is too much to do and all the hands are needed.

Yeterdays incident right in the front of New Tokyo is causing increased concern. The insolence and arrogance of our colleagues from Liberty Security Force crossed all borders that can only be imagine. There cannot be any doubts that this conflict was provoked intentionally, so our colleagues got what they wanted. I can only hope that we gave them a good lesson and they teached it well enough.

I have managed to collect some data that command can be intested in. First of all it's some technical details of the gunboat, it appears that commander of this operation was on board. Gunboat callsing is Menwith.Hill, here it's armor type and weapons systems, this gunboat was successfully destroyed. Their fighters used some experimental weaponry, this scanning will probably help our research departments to find more about this. Destruction of one of their fighters also was recorded.

In the mean time Agent Kurokawa making an extended report which will include blackbox records and primary processing of the material with necessary analytical calculations.

The Blood Dragon incident in New Tokyo

On the way to group up with my fellow agents Karasu no Kage and Gal Gryphon, I encountered two Blood Dragons, callsigns BD|Fujimoto.Kaito and BD|Shinku.Ma`Rin right next to the jump gate to Kyushu from New Tokyo. Announcing their location to my squadmates, I asked for them to arrive as reinforcements to this sudden intrusion. During my time waiting, a third Blood Dragon ship appeared, callsign ]bd[May.Ling and a civilian Wisp vessel [W]-''Jera'' which came to our aid against our reservations for civilians participating in these encounters.

The Wisp Innovations vessel has claimed it has seen a civilian vessel acting in a way that causes suspicion that it is controlled by an infected pilot, refering to herself as part of the Independent Miners Guild. The Wisp has also claimed that this IMG attacked a Naval Forces officer in broad daylight for reasons unknown. The short discussion was noted and the person in question will be placed on the watchlist at a later date for suspicious behaviour and setting sights for further investigation. The discussion was later cut short as the Blood Dragons were very interested in being hostile rather than leaving the area peacefully, claiming that they are looking for the corrupt.

The fight started. A Samuran vessel has joined our skirmish, as well as the Wisp pilot Jera. During the fight, two more ships arrived: Blood Dragon BD|Sora.Kobayashi and Golden Chrysanthemum Orchid Choshinsei. The lack of Naval Forces or Police enforcers meant that Kempeitai would have to be the ones to bring justice to those who do no good deeds. And so we did.

CLASSIFIED: LSF in New Tokyo

After the Blood Dragon incident, an LSF group appeared. Namely a missile and Solaris equipped Defiant-class Liberty Gunboat =LSF=Menwith.Hill and an experimental weaponry-equipped LSF Guardian =LSF=Ashley.Sunderland. We interrogated why are they in the capital system in Kusari uninvited, to which they responded with counter-accusations, threats and disrespect. They claimed they are here to "investigate" a "lost transport that was attacked in Kusari", and that they did not have any intention to contact the correct channels and departments. As more insults and questioning pass, we encourage them to leave Kusari back to Liberty, to which they responded by agreeing and heading into Kyushu.

We decided to ensure they are leaving Kusari, but in fact they have been breaking trade lanes behind them so we could not chase them. They were last spotted travelling into the Seiran Dust Cloud behind Planet Kyushu to lose our trail. A multitude of laws were broken in this encounter with no accountability.

Later on as we rendezvoused near Planet New Tokyo, we encountered the same gunboat once again with the fighter following in close pursuit. We interrogated them fruitlessly, until Agent Majin had come with the Kempeitai mobile HQ Ro-21 to show that we do not treat disrespectful invaders in a very nice manner. Intimidated, they began answering questions related to Agent Majin's interrogation on their actions. Later on, they grew the courage to start declining everything we were asking, going as far as hinting they are not actually the LSF, but more of a terrorist organization like the Order.

Realizing the threat of having these people next to our capital planet, we decided to encourage these rogue agents to leave. It seems they were prepared for this scenario, as they fired back and soon other LSF fighters appeared. =LSF=Zero, =LSF=Kaylee.Sunderland arrived and joined their rogue colleagues. As we notified the Kusarian tactical channel, we received Naval Forces and Police reinforcements to deal with these invaders risking the integrity of security of Planet New Tokyo.

With the invaders crushed by the mighty planetary defence force, the zone was safe once more and their callsigns will be added to the watchlist in short notice.
After the skirmish, it seemed one of the KNF fighters KNF|Nyan-1 accidentally let loose a mine that ended up blowing their own fighter up. It seems like they need to really better train their fighters..

This sudden invasion from Liberty will have grave consequences if it ever sees light, it is worth contacting the Kusarian Government over this matter.

Kempei Karasu.no.Kage. Reports of January 1st encounters with Blood Dragons and =LSF= follow.

A KPT patrol was assembled upon calls for aid from a KNF patrol in the New Tokyo system, against Blood Dragons. While our wing was not available to provide relief to the Naval Forces, we did met a group of Blood Dragons soldiers in the western sector of the system.

At the same time, we were in contact with a pilot from Wisp Innovations [W], and a Samura| security pilot. Designations were [W]-"Jera" and Samura|-Flora . Wisp pilot Jera was reporting to us (and to the Blood Dragons, I guess.) the presence moments ago of a infected suspect, identified as Mendez|Aoi . I believe Kempei Kurokawa is investigating that lead. Mendez is wanted for questioning on an alleged assault on KNF vessels.

After getting enough information regarding this Mendez pilot, we turned our attentions back to the Dragons, and confirming they were plotting to attack agents of the law and to commit wanton acts or robbery and assault, Kempei wing was ordered to attack them, which received the support of the Wisp and Samura pilots in the area. Several Dragon reinforcements arrived and kept a pitched battle against our wing, but in the end we prevailed, with a loss of the Samura vessel.

At the high point of the skirmish, a unexpected patrol of =LSF=, deep in Kusari territory, arrived at out location, and stood by while we were engaging the BD. When we finished the combat, we turned our attention to them and their purpose in New Tokyo.

They started with some talk about a missing libertonian transport, attacked in New Tokyo. Their story was sketchy as it could get, and it was dubious how they were aware of an attack in New Tokyo, but no local agent or organization had reported it. It was plainly obvious that it was also something way beyond any legal jurisdiction of theirs to be conducting independent investigations, with a gunboat, on Kusari territory. They had not informed or received any authorization to entry and conduct any actions, nor they seemed to be concerned about it.

They were asked to return to Kusari, after a pointless conversation, and decided to go in circles in Kyushu. I decided it was a pointless goose chase, so I sent word to the others to break the pursuit and return to Shinjuku for resupply from the previous battle.

We sent a signal to command during our chase to send for reinforcements to deal with this case should they insist on holding out in Kusari space, which I believe they done so.

Konnichiwa Kempei command, it has been a while. - "Eh, it's the first time I report?--- Don't jest with me Ito, just be quiet." - Ahem, Kempei Captain, Maya Ootomo reporting in. Field designation Majin. We were summoned in answer to some big trouble that a few rascals from Liberty were making at the doors of the capital, as some others have certainly reported.

While the situation we were briefed in when we departed was most concerning, we were hoping to deal with it without any aggravation or bloodshed. It did not work out so well, I sorry to say. Our destroyer Ro-21 departed our post and headed to New Tokyo orbit, where the individuals of =LSF=, at first glance part of the Liberty Security Force, were staying for the displeasure of everyone.

Kempei Airi Kurokawa and Gal Gryphon were on site, watching over this "Agent Tracer" on the =LSF=Menwith.Hill, and =LSF=Ashley.Sunderland . I've started talks with the with the Agent, questioning him about the details of the case that had brought them up here. This story about a vessel Durham was odd, same for the way they found about it in Liberty without every passing by our hands first.

As if that was not bad in itself, it seemed that this =LSF= had not followed any entry protocols in Kusari, failing to contact anyone about this intrusion with foreign military vessels. Even worse, it seems they were not keen on acquiring authorization from Liberty Government either.

Immediately upon refusal to heed our warnings to leave Kusari space, Kempeitai wing was ordered to engage the rogue agents. Almost immediately additional hostiles of the same brand arrived at New Tokyo orbit, and a call for reinforcements was issued to New Tokyo defense command.

As our destroyer held the gunboat at bay, our fighters struggled with the enemy escorts, while units from the Kusari Naval Forces and Kusari State Police arrived to quell the hostiles. We also received aid from Samura security unit, a pilot named Flora.

Once the Menwith.Hill was taken down by a KNF gunboat KDS-Kazumoto gunfire, and the enemy fighter units were being overpowered, the Ro-21 withdrawn from the battle, and returned to post on high alert, waiting for any call for action against heavier targets.

Fortunately, the hostiles were gradually eliminated without our assistance. I was not impressed by our gun crews here on the Ro-21 though, we missed a lot of shots on that gunboat. Some more training exercises are required.

We requested the KNF commander on site to arrange a meeting to discuss the aftermath of the encounter, but he was unable to attend. I recommend you people at GID to bring the conversation up with the Naval Forces top bosses for a determined response to this threat. Also some talks with the government would be wise.
