The rules section states that Pennsylvania is Liberty space, but not sovereign house space.

This was already done. Just logged an Order character and it has 0.0 rep with Zoners.

As for Pennsylvania - it doesn't count as "Sovereign House Space" so Zoners should be able to dock there with big ships.

I was trying to fly my whale on its usual cargo route when I encountered this:

"Cargo hold is over the authorized capacity, docking denied."

Is this supposed to happen? This affects jump gates as well as jump holes, i jumped into Cambridge and couldn't get out again.

Oh so there's an actual plugin that stops these things from docking on bases in house space? That's pretty damn neat, Kudos Alley.

Bethleihem is inside Liberty Space. What about this one?

Pennsylvania isn't sovereign house space.
