Fynn would probably write a pamphlet about slavery and perhaps even continue to write a guidebook about scrapping or a handbook on working in zero G and debris fields like the texan pelaqua nera. But actually he seldome manages to write more than reports and administrative memos...
Eberhardt (my ex-Unioner leader) would probably write a memoir titled "Regret" of her time as a Unioner. It would focus on the slowly seeping guilt of all the monstrosities she did to earn the reputation and rank in the faction.

Raven would write a really deep book about how the person who wrote said book would be dead and the next person in the future is reading a dead person's book, and how in their future, that they'll be a dead person, who read a dead persons book. It would then be filled with stories of the people she killed, about their lives and such, and then go on about how a dead person killed people and is talking about dead people, then dead people of the future are reading dead people of the future.

(but otherwise she already writes her own diary and stores every little bit of information in hopes of preservation)
My char Andrew would write a book on how Zoners are dumb.
On a more serious note my BD char Shana would write something titled like "Art of the Blade".
