and I have no idea what Disco was like 4 jears ago as I rejoined from Vanilla only about 18 months back. But your experience pretty much sums up Disco ;-)

No worries, there are fine RP players out there, but most of the folks you meet will not know much about it but will be pretty proud of the little lore they picked up and eager to show off their PvP skills. My advice would be to chill out, spend time exploring and browsing forum and stories and then let your RP develop bit by bit. But as much as I gather from your post you are just about doing exactly that at the moment. So :

I wouldn't neccesarily say avoid Liberty, but you have to be patient if you want quality RP. Sooner or later a good RPer will show up.

The two cops were from the official faction and not indies lol, that's the worst part.

Why i should be an official member of unione corse for flying in liberty that ships, i mean unione corse members in the disco universe are thousand and thousand. How in rp you are considerated an official member? And how a cop can find it and say "you are not an official member". It's crazy that i need to certificate to be an official, considering that i might have a totally different time zone with the other official guys.
A clever method could be a form to send to cops here in the forum, and be added in the allowed list.

And ill say it, i dont understand ship's nationatlity restrictions as well.
if im a freelancer flying a Rheinland ship in liberty, ok i could be harassed by police and corporations, but i dont get to be not allwed at all.

And law exceptions on ship restrictions are usually there only for officials so that indies dont abuse them. But there is always an option for you to send a comm to the Liberty officials for ship registration.

LPI inRP is partly corrupted, and yes, Corse vessels are illegal in a majority of Liberty unless flown by an official faction. Faction tags set them apart is how people know, call signs are a RP thing, as are access codes and the such. Plus a few other things here and there. Its like calling AFC normal freelancers, their not by far just normal freelancers anymore, and everyone tells them apart by how they either act inRP, do races or whatever, its their 'thing.'

Its RP. Some factions are indeed corrupted. Ya they represent their indies, does not mean they can't have their fun I guess
