Also, if you want to obtain permission from the Bundestag, it would be good to submit at least basic information because there is almost none in your message or the channel you linked to. Details should include but are not limited to your organization as well as for what purpose you want to use requested ships, in what areas they will be flown, against whom they will be possibly used or where they will be stationed and under what security measures. I would like to note that the less information Bundestag representatives have, the less they are usually inclined to give permission.

Rheinland government discussed your request and submitted it for voting in the Bundestag, but I have to inform you its members rejected it. Thus the request is denied at this moment. Several representatives voiced an opinion that due to number and extent of current conflicts the Bundesrepublik is involved in, mainly war with the Kusari Empire, all available Rheinland´s finest military grade ships should be used against our enemies directly by Rheinland forces and thus it is not appropriate to try to spare any for technology exchanges, albeit with The Core. Some also mentioned that they consider as a security risk that Rheinland military technology should be used outside of house territory in dangerous Omega systems by someone other than Rheinland forces.
