Hikaru was born on planet New Tokyo into a family at one of the most shady levels of the New Tokyo City. Igarashi-san was firm traditionalist involved with Hogosha. He was harsh, brutal, even cruel man, to his family too, and definitely served as a negative role model to young Hikaru. He grown up in service tunnels of New Tokyo as much as at home or at school.
At the age of 17, Hikaru run away from the family residence and applied to police academy as a cadet. He was good enough to be accepted into Space Enforcement college. There he studied space law, astrophysics and light craft piloting, among other things.
After the academy, Hikaru Igarashi was assigned to Otaru Border Station in Hokkaido system. He advanced in ranks relatively quickly and in 822 was reassigned to New Tokyo police wing. There he met with high-ranking Hogosha and his hatred to that criminal syndicate made him do stupid things. He ended up suspended for almost a year. Now he's waiting to be reinstated with a lower rank and reassigned one more time, now probably to some not so comfortable place.
Hikaru is reserved, but has rather hard temper, which results in his outbursts being completely unexpected and seemingly sudden. His favorite way to spend time is sitting in a small garden near his flat in New Tokyo under blooming tree and watching water flowing from a fountain. I was born on planet New Tokyo in 788 A.S. First it was the most prosperous times for Kusari. I had fun on sun-drenched playgrounds with other children and didn't care about anything in this life. Do you know how a kusari's cherry smells in the spring? I know. It's the smell of my childhood. At school I learned badly. But, fortunately, I had a good parents who allowed me to develop my main talent - mechanical engineering. Most of my free time I spent in the garage with studing of different mechanisms.
And then nomads invaded in the Kusari. It was horrible. I lost my both parents there. They turned into these ... Horrible zombies. I was broken and devastated. 806 A.S. - 822 A.S Service in the Kusari Naval Fleet
It was... Pretty awful. It was hard for me to make acquaintances, I didn't have friends, and captains of ships didn't like to take me on flights. I spent whole days on repairing broken blasters and other weapons. But one day...
I was taken on board of KDS-Okaino. It was a police gunboat, which had to patrol border with Gallia. I was very happy to change of scenery. It was a regular patrol and nothing foretold troubles. Suddenly, our ship was spotted by a group of unknown signatures that were heading straight for us. We were surrounded, but decided to fight! It was a brutal battle that we lost. Unknown bombers destroyed most of the ship's systems. I maintained the work capacity of the ship until my last breath, and then the automation threw me out in the rescue capsule. I was flying in open space in uncomfortable and right capsule. Suddenly... 822 A.S. - 824 A.S Service in the Gallic Foreign Legion and returning to Kusari
I was picked up by a Gallic patrol. At first I was afraid that I would be killed or imprisoned, but instead of it... They made a interesting offer for me. They wanted to see me in Gallic Foreign Legion. I could not refuse. So, I was recruited there. As a result, I served there for a year and a half. It was a good time. I found many fighting comrades, including from Kusari. In 824 A.S I was deported to my homeland because of the severance of ties between Gallia and Kusari. I tried to find my place in Samura Inc, but few days later I decided to join in Kusari State Police.

Short biography: Born on Planet Honshu, 796 A.S., only child in Kasai family. My father Haruto Kasai was an engineer and transport pilot captain, he was employee of the Samura Heavy Indutries logistic department. My mother Akemi Kasai worked for the development of military industry as a researcher of Samura Heavy Indutries. Thanks to that they both were in good standing I could start my studies and successfully qualified for the Police Academy.
During my studies my father's disappearance changed my life. According to my mother's informations my father was caught by Imperial (Exile) rebel forces. After I finished the academy I went my own way and I worked as a private detective therefore my police career stagnated and during this time I dealt with investigation of my father's fate. After three years hard investigation all the signs indicated that my father voluntarily joined to the rebels. I can not forgive of betrayal against the homeland and my family.
During all this time I acquired a J7P - 34 "Wyrm" Kusari Navy Light Fighter and K7: P-19T "Akegata" Kusari Container Transport ready for services. After so many years of work I feel the time has come to re-wear the Kusari Police uniform.

Short biography: I got born on Planet New Tokyo, and kinda had a hard life. My parents always compared me towards my Brother Kijiro who is serving in the Naval Forces. They always told me that I need to improve myself and finally serve for our house.
After the school I went to the Kusari State Police Academy, where I found my interests into the law enforcing, defending the citizens of Kusari and to reduce the smuggler amount in Kusari. In short, I enjoyed the time in the Academy and so far the supervisors where happy with me.
