Error found and not cured

Thanks again for checking my situation here
I checked the link you posted and here are my answers to you.

Try these steps

1. Uninstall disco and freelancer and any other mods (some mods interfere with disco)

2. Go into your my documents and delete any saved folder that you see of freelancer/disco

3. Check your virus checker for any quarantined “dsace.dll” and remove it

4. Temporary disable “live” protection of your virus checker, and also whilst at it, make sure you don’t have an over protective firewall

5. Reinstall freelancer to default folders and then install disco to default folders
Eg mine is C:\Users\*your login*\AppData\Local\Discovery Freelancer 4.88.1

6. Go into your virus checker and tell it to allow that ENTIRE folder and all in it

7. Try disco before enabling virus checker

1 - I don't have any other mods enabled and never used any with or without discovery
I already done new install in same folder as default and another one in a different folder name and problem still exist

2- I did delete the folders and everything on the new install, i even deleted all the files and folders in "My documents" "My games" "Freelancer"
including the DSAce and all other files - The problem still exist

3- I don't have an antivirus enabled at all, and all i have is anti malware software and i also disabled it completely to check if the problem
is coming from it, and the problem still exist even when all my security softwares are disabled and uninstalled

4- I don't have any "Live Protection" Enabled.

5,6,7 - Explained on the previous points.

Notes:
- This thread was posted on the help/support section and then moved by one of the new moderators just added to the team of moderators
- My game was working very fine for years and when this problem happened before, i contacted admin shinju and asked for a reason and the answer i got
is that there is a new plugin being added and tested which cause this issue and it will be fixed soon, so after few days it got fixed and the problem no longer exist
- The problem started showing up 4 days ago, and it disappeared for few minutes when i checked all my characters and found 4 in space so docked all of em then i enjoyed the game for few minutes without this problem, i thought its fixed, but as soon as i switch to my other nickname, the problem showed in all my chars again.
- I can connect to all discovery servers fine, except disco GC, Also i have a strange ping on disco GC which is 1000+ and the server doesnt kick me while the max is 1000 ....
Also i have a lag of 100% and the max is 70% and the server doesnt kick me .....! which give me the impression that there is something wrong from the server side
- My internet speed is fine, i can download/upload fine, my ping towards all servers in France/Germany/England are excellent (80 ping) with 0% lag and 0% loss .... its only the discovery
GC server that have this issue with me lately , and i failed to know the reason and i failed to fix it.
- My bases will die, and i cant even show up in game properly for 5 minutes without extreme lag 1000+ and extreme loss...... please note that the lag i experienced lately during the last 3 days made me connect to the game more than 100 times, and get disconnected before i completely get bored and let it go since yesterday. so maybe that is why there is some clicks worrying you on the console.

I just re updated security and re scanned the entire pc
checked the game, and got this ... how the game don't kick me for exceeding the limit?
This is really strange, i don't know how i get this with only discovery GC
My ping towards the end of the world is lower than what i get towards discovery GC ...!!

No i do not use bloom effect and yes i tried the full screen / window modes and still the same.
Here is also something i just noticed, my Ping shown on the server list toward the server is real ...
while from in-game, it show as the screenshot on the previous reply! strange...

I just tried again, i am almost freezed inside the server
Everything happen with about 30 seconds delay, like docking to trade lanes and gates etc..
I really don't know what to do. it's been 4 days now and i am upset, i miss discovery.

to me it looks like "graphical stuttering" causing lag, its as if, i might be wrong, that as your comp is trying to "draw/render" its not sending fast enough information to the server, causing lag

as you say in the server list the ping is correct, but in game, it just goes nuts

you could try uninstalling your graphics driver, and reinstalling it

but id like to know your system specs before you do

Yes i do, and without them, my game wouldn't even be able to launch
so yes i do have all the microsoft framework etc. etc. required for running the launcher and game

@evanz Thank you for your kind offer for supplying my bases. I will see what i can do, and get back to you
I am already loosing hope a little in being able to play again but lets see what will happen.
About my graphics card, i have none, i have a VGA card, and its Nvidia Geforce 9600
It never caused any troubles, and it was working with freelancer since i bought it several years ago till now very fine
It's not the graphics card, its not my connection, and im sure it's something related to the server side
Once it see my IP, something wrong happens and end up in lagging me like that
It makes no sense to have this fake lag, while the actual ping is around 89 ping

I tried to ping the server, but it seems there is some kind of protection that don't allow me to ping the server
I can understand that this might be a protection from DDOS
Maybe the server security is messing with my IP once it join?
It require an admin to check all the clicks my IP give with the server software and plugins
I am sure there is something wrong causing this from the server side

Why i am sure? because i can ping servers in northern france and southern france with ping of 89
I can ping servers in England and Germany and the ping is 90
I can connect to any server in france or outside it for normal ping
My ping towards servers at the end of the world for me *Chine* and *Australia* are lower than what i get from disco lately!
I hope this will end, and i might be able to come back to game normaly
I miss discovery already and so sad that it will end here and i will not be able to play again
