The Nomad Hybrid Cloak Mk III changed to it's own unique piece of equipment. Essentially want to see if it would be possible to copy the current Hybrid cloak, but change the name and infocard related to it. The proposed name and info is below:

NAME: Ingenuus Cloaking Device Mk l

INFOCARD:
This cloaking device is a prototype cloaking generator, far more advanced than cloaking devices available for public use. It is employed by the Ingenuus Research Group to convert the hybrid energies of their unique powercores into EM waves which effectively block any nearby sensors. Given that this generator is only used to harness the power from the Ingenuus Power Cores, this is a one of a kind device that is still being improved upon.

4. Why are these changes necessary?
The reason for the request is that the cloaking device, inRP, is NOT a Nomad Hybrid Cloaking device. It is rather power from our unique power core that has exceptional electromagnetic properties, that when you apply a new energy source to this field, essentially creates a "cloaking field" around the ship. As such, having the visual representation be a Hybrid cloak when scanned isn't accurate due to the RP surrounding it. Also, it is quite difficult inRP to explain that what they see on their scanner is not a Nomad cloaking device, but is in fact our own prototype generator. We'd like to actually have that RP extended ingame to accurately show our work.

I also wasn't aware/didn't realize we could do that when I first submitted my SRP, but now that I know it's possible, wanted to see if it could be done Dev side/approved Admin side.

Requesting +.6 (Friendly) for Nomad/Wild reputation.

4. Why are these changes necessary?
Welp, Finn is infected now. Which means he probably shouldn't be all red and shooty with Nomads/Wild. In all seriousness, the goal here is that Finn, who is back to leading IRG, is using his position to further Wild goals. While still maintaining a functioning organization such as the IRG, his goals now are to use the finances and leverage of his position to begin a project with the Aoi on a new variation of Incubi. The Ingenuus ship (whose crew is now entirely infected) will house a small, secret laboratory for R&D on cloning Incubi and testing in the field. Frequent stops though will occur at Heaven's Gate as well as various Wild stations on both the Ingenuus as well as my snub, hence the request for Wild rep to be adjusted. Adjacent to that though, Altair Research Facility in Omicron Iota will be the primary facility for researching new incubi and house the project. Which in turn is why the request for Nomad rep to be adjusted on both ships. Since the Ingenuus/my snub will not be docking on Dur or any other Nomad station, we can set the limitation that the Ingenuus vessel can only dock on Altair, despite being friendly/green to Nomads.

Of note, the Ingenuus ship is not shared any longer, and is solely under my control. If the request for both to be adjusted is not approved, the IRG|Ingenuus is the main ship I'd like the rep to be adjusted, though having my own char's snub would be a nice addition.

Just de-tagging the ships, since Artisaan is now IRG 1ic.

4. Why are these changes necessary?
inRP, while Finn was using his influence in IRG to spearhead this project, he retreated to Altair and secluded himself there (Which is what I'm using for the RP reason why I've been away from Disco for a while). Since his goals and IRG's no longer align, and IRG is under new management since Finn left human space, it makes sense that the continued RP is not part of IRG, but separate. While inRP Finn is still close to IRG as more a consultant, him and the crew on the Ingenuus are no longer operating for/with IRG given they are infected. Plus on an ooRP basis, don't want any further RP to affect IRG's reputation given I no longer lead IRG thus it is not my call to have potential drastic consequences fall on IRG members.
